      You should NOT drink coffee immediately in the morning when you get up. Scientist has discovered a hormone that wakes you up naturally (yes, it seems we are a creature of chemical reactions)* and this makes sense as you would be interfering with this natural hormone.

      Instead, wait an hour or two. Then drink the coffee and eat the doughnut. :lol:

      Second, a new study came out that dispelled the myth that coffee interferes with sleep and said there is no proof of this and you could drink coffee in the evenings, but don’t do it right before you sleep as the caffeine boost is immediate within 10-15 minutes then wears off.

      *Could this explain the triggered mass shooters? A study found nearly all were on psychotropic drugs that interfere chemically with the brain. So it’s not the guns but the drugs prescribed by the psychos (psychologist) also responsible for saying you are NOT responsible. Makes sense? When they declare you INSANE you are not guilty of your crime and you got to their psycho hospitable where the pyscho doctor gets to be employed for life.

      Some kind of CON game being played on by everyone on each other. From 9/11 to this. But I digress…. :twisted:
