OK THEN: well sometimes we can get into a slump and that’s OK. So what to do……..well in my oh so humble opinion I say “Get Back Right On Track”……..

First of all what’s for Breakfast today?

Sorry, but I was hungry……..Tuna Patties??? It is only a drained can of Skipjack Tuna mixed with an Egg and a dash of salt, white pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. formed into patties and fried………ooohhh I almost forgot…. I saved my bacon grease……….

Yes, I keep my Bacon Grease for frying Eggs and such.

Now back to…to…uumm…….what the…..oh yes……..

LOOK-IT: Some if not all of us get into a slump. It does not make a difference where, when or why. It just does…….

For me it’s just a matter of Getting Right Back On Track and Never Looking Back…….. that simple that easy just like ME!
