It seems rather ridiculous to call anything this large a failure after 9 days. Not enough data, plain and simple. I do know that as someone that’s bought private health care plans in the past, and who looked at the washington state exchange site, plans are cheaper than when I paid out of pocket in the past. As for wider effect, the jury is still out.
Max Baucus, democrat and author of the bill, calls it a train wreck coming down the tracks. The cost of healthcare is sky rocketing. Everyone in government wants to opted out as do all the unions who originally supported it. Bottom line, a massive failure.
Obamacare is not a valid Law.
It was only declared “Constitutional” by SCOTUS on the pretext that it was a “tax”.
However, ALL tax bills MUST originate in the House. Obamacare began in the Senate.
Therefore, it is invalid according to the rules of Congress.
Also, Congress has the SOLE Constitutional authority to make & change Laws,
and Obama took an oath of office to support & uphold the Constitution.
Yet, President Obama usurped Congress’ authority & ignored immigration Law — in effect changing it — and also made exemptions & waivers for Obamacare, arbitrarilly, for whomever he wished.
THAT is usurping Congressional authority to make changes to Law.
Additionally, since it it only valid if regarded as a “tax”, one more problem exists: since when does a president get to give permission to his friends & cronies to “opt out” of a TAX?
TAXES are levied in a set manner upon all, fairly.
There is no giving friends only special permission to not pay a mandated tax — no way!
So, it is all highly illegal & unconstitutional.
President Obama has usurped Congress’ authority and ought to be impeached & perhaps arrested. his actions have been like a Mussolini-style fascist who simply does his own thing. We need to preserve America from him before it is too late. He might declare martial Law, as Sheila Jackson-Lee intimated (seemingly), and try to hold onto power for himself. That could split or destablize the USA or plunge it into civil war if he tries to racebait in it all.

This was labeled a tax. An Unconstitutional tax that WE didn’t sign up for.
Forced healthcare in and of itself is unconstitutional.
The money isn’t there. Period.
