Santa Monica, California, October 13, 2016 – CrossFit Sandbox has recently announced its extended offer of a one-time free session for first-timers in its commercial gym located in 925 Wilshire Blvd. Suite A, Santa Monica, California. In the one-on-one intro session, the trainer will introduce the Crossfit concepts, answer questions about it, and put the client into a beginner workout.

CrossFit Sandbox accepts all relatively healthy adult males and females in its membership program. Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and non-athletes are all welcome regardless of their experience with and exposure to the cross-training program.
All new members, which refer to people who have no prior Crossfit experience, are required to complete the On-Ramp Program before joining in the regular Crossfit Classes. The three- class one-on-one On-Ramp Program is designed to provide new athletes reliable introductory information about the Crossfit fundamentals. This program is particularly suited to people who want to learn about Crossfit in a more private setting or who have a busy schedule.
The cost for the three workout sessions in the On-Ramp Program is $150. The fee, however, is waived when a new member purchases the gym’s unlimited monthly membership fee.
After completion of the On-Ramp Program, the new athletes will progress to the Jumpstart Program, a more intense Crossfit program that deliver great results. In this program, athletes will acquire a more in-depth understanding of the Crossfit methodology including matters related to proper warm-ups and cool-downs, efficient and effective movements, and mobility as well as appropriate nutrition for the best results.
Interested individuals can also look into the benefits of enrolling in the Beginner Level Group Class. This program is especially designed for people who have little to no experience with cardio, strength training, and flexibility training within a group. The classes are held every Saturday morning starting at 12 noon and every Sunday morning at 8 o’clock.
All the classes offered by the Sandbox, as the gym is known among its regular patrons, consist of a mix of strength and conditioning programs. The coaches will accommodated every level of physical condition, age and skills among the athletes with special emphasis on the beginners.
The Shred-it program is the best program for people who want to focus on conditioning training and for new athletes, too. In the program, athletes will only use light weight training loads so as to ensure a high level of exercise intensity.
The CrossFit 6-Week Challenge is designed exclusively for women who are new to the exercise discipline. Each workout session in the program focuses on the development of strength and conditioning as well as on proper nutrition. The workouts are conducted three times a week. After completion of the six-week program, the female athletes can graduate to either the Shred-It or regular Crossfit classes.
CrossFit Sandbox also offers personal private training programs for interested athletes. Each personalized program is designed with the client’s unique needs and wants in Crossfit, such as for weight loss or for Crossfit competitions.
