Prison Industry Shutdown

The United States gains its capital from those it enslaves through their prison industry, by way of constructive bonds, adhesion agreements and voting.

People have been held hostage long enough by state military and police working on behalf of corporate interest and stock market investors. These conglomerates and investors establish their own set of trade agreements with the United States for the use of their citizens.

This dehumanizing system has lead to false arrest, frame-ups by state and local law enforcement, state-ordered executions of inmates, and life imprisonment for petty crimes such as Three-strikes, Your Out law.

Many Are Voicing Their Opinion, the time has come to let these people go!

In the “New York Daily News”, Martin F. Horn (commissioner of the New York City Department of Corrections 2003 – 2009) wrote, “…Real Change Must Start Now, The men and women who work in our city jails and those confined there are our fellow “new Yorkers” an they cannot wait 10 long years.”

Local “City” governments are attempting to continue this trade (Body for Profits). As outlined in the Village Voice, May 24. “City” lawmakers are trying to establish borough prisons for inmates.

“The Bronx House of Detention was located on land just south of Yankee Stadium. That jail closed in 2000, and the city transferred control of the land to the Related Companies, which tore down the jail and replaced it with a mall.

Currently, 800 city inmates, mostly form the Bronx, are held on the city’s prison barge in Hunts Point, known as “the boat”.

While the city no longer controls the land the original Bronx House stood on, it does control a parcel directly behind the Bronx Country courthouse, perfectly situated for construction of a jail because it will allow direct access to the courthouse – as will the city’s jails in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. This would reduce transportation cost and reduce the risk of a prisoner escaping in transit.

The Bronx Yankie, Eminent Domain and a Government’s Charade

The Bronx was home to many indigenous landowners, such as the Yankie, named so by the Dutch.

However, through colonization laws were created and enacted to reclassify these indigenous heirs as Negro, colored, and Black. By the use of eminent domain and other State issued laws, governments could now usurp land under the guise of wardship.

Through Prisons, Jails, Mental Institutions, Social Service programs like food stamps (WIC, EBT), Social Security and tax filing enable states to assume the role of guardian and hold the land in trust for its use and capital gain. State governments and their subdivisions (“city”, “county”, “municipality”) use maritime law (admiralty law), and their court system to keep these progenitors in bondage and acquire usage of the land by deception. Listing them as Wards of the State.

The ORDER

I, Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:EL, declare the order of Prison Industry Complex Shutdown commence immediately immediate with a completion date of November, 13, 2017 [New Beginnnings].

Many of the Indigenous Heirs to the land (reclassified as “Black”, “Negro, “African-American”) are being held at state facilities, prisons, jails, hospitals and secret underground prison camps. They are being used for their biological material ( in pharmaceutical products and cosmetics), body organs and sport for the rich.

Descendants of other places Include Inmates (or patients) of European, Asian, Hispanic, Caribbean and African or United State Citizenship. Those who have one or more parent of “non-American” origin.

These State citizens of other races (i.e.. non-black, non-African American) who are imprisoned or jailed, detained or patients of mental facilities must be relocated back to their land of origin. If this information is not known because they were raised to believe they were “America”, relocate them to lands suiting their genetic phenotype and makeup. All People held in prisons, jails, detention centers and mental health facilities must be released, charges dropped, and set free. All charges must be discharged and they must be returned to their community of choice*.

Shutdown Mediators should replace judges and magistrates. They will facilitate the removal of inmates (detainee, patients) and find comfortable area for them to live.

For Inmates, Prisoners and Patients being released As of June 2017 [New Beginnings], including those returning to their land of origin.

- Neighborhood of choice (no restrictions) – House or Apartment (no restrictions) – Furniture – Electronics** – Clothing – Food and other necessities (toiletries etc.)

All items (including dwelling) must be offered Free of Charge with no future charges applied. Thus no name, nor number, no contract or agreement).

*Food and other household items must be housed or delivered to local neighborhood Community House for distribution.

**Note: For computers and other electronics, arrangements must be made with local Community House to supply each neighbor with these household items.

Expenses

Expenses must be assumed by State and Local governments, and their corporate partners.

Any attempt to make this Order for Prisoner Release into a contract or adhesion agreement will result in immediate removal from the land.
