NSA Charged 100 Billion for Black Budget Operations

Worldwide Announcement – NSA Charged 100 Billion in Assets (Gold) for Black Budget Operations

What we are dealing with are the after effects of World War II. These agencies and their programs, many of which were put into place to keep the people who own the land docile and dependent upon the state for their survival. And shutting down these programs and agencies is paramount to world security. —–Sovereign Crown Denderah

National Security Agency (NSA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Homeland Security (HLS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Defense (DOD), and others have placed themselves in a position where they do not answer to anyone; and in doing so rule by secrecy.

When their own Congress requested to see a detailed department breakdown of their fiscal budget proposal, their request was denied. Their then mayor of “New York” was asked about the weapons and equipment used by “New York Police Department” (NYPD), the reporter was told in so many words, it was none of their business. This department in particular has ties in 11 foreign “countries”.

NYPD officers have been noted for their harassment tactics where they have surveilled people — with no mention of criminal activity — and used targeting techniques typically associated for criminal investigations.

In a letter to [then mayor] Bloomberg, members of Congress called for an end to the NYPD’s out-of-state spying. Lawmakers said they were troubled by the tactics and by the city’s response to concerns.

“Your administration’s conduct in this affair has been underhanded and unprofessional,” the lawmakers wrote.

It has been discovered these Black Budget unchecked operations behind drug trafficking, human trafficking and terrorism.

In  recent news article, we learn state officers are withholding evidence in their criminal cases to force people to sign a “negotiated” and sealed plea in order to be released.

These “Negotiated” pleas, and other methods of forced compliance are attempts to establish agreements for land use by listing the owner as a ward of the state.

Legal Aid provided by the State are members of the BAR and work for the court system. Their job is to play the offensive to the defense in order to get the plaintiff to Make A Plea for their Life.

The land belonging to people trapped within State system is given to the Court (acting agent for Corporate Owners) as Trustee for the ward of the state, the inmates. States use their laws, agents, and programs to keep land owners dependent; incarcerated in prison, jail or through citizenship. Whereby they can use the land that belongs to them in trade (commerce) agreements. It is one big ponce scheme; in so many words, they are holding these people hostage trying to get them into new agreements.

Courts Breach their Fiduciary Duty by not acting impartially, and allowing evidence to be withheld. 

THE ORDER
I, Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:EL, take possess of All Wards of State (inmates, patients, citizens, residents or otherwise) Property (Estates) who are indigenous to the land (so-called Black, Hispanic or other misclassification), until which time they have declared their sovereignty (Indigenous status) and have been released from the imposition of “citizenship”, “residency” or any other agreement with States.

Targeting the inner-city poor and using them in behavior modification programs

Following the civil rights movement neighborhoods, homes and mom & pop stores owned by indigenous people (reclassified as “colored”) became prime real estate for resettlement by States. Government programs were initiated to redevelop the land and move the people from their dwellings. These areas later became the financial districts, “downtowns”, and city centers of many “Cities” and “municipalities”. The indigenous land owners were pushed out, bought out and threatened into moving from their homes into areas states designated for programs, which became known as Projects.

In these projects the lifestyle of the indigenous people quickly deteriorated. These once close-net, family oriented, church going people,were quickly introduced to drugs, prostitution and crime. Prior to the 1970′s Drugs, Prostitution and Crime where NOT synonymous with these people. These behavior was designed and placed within these communities for the sole purpose of declaring these people incompetent, dependent and wards of the state so governments could have access to the lands.

It is indeed a “court” (bank) battle for the land.

These indigenous people not only had their land stolen from them, they had their history, their culture, their dignity and self-worth stolen by European Settlers and their descendants by continuingly perpetuating a lie about about who they were. See: ROOTS- A Lie and A Hoax to Steal American Land.

As this cycle has come to an end, All States, “City” and their European settlers must return all property, personal belongings and historical artifacts stolen by them, and their forefathers, back to the rightful heirs of the land; and further return to Europe where they can get reacquainted with their European roots and relatives. Whereby The People, can re-establish their homeland without European, State involvement.

The ORDER

I, Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:EL, charge the National Security Agency (as the budget facilitator for all Black Budget Operations), One hundred (100) Billion in Gold for the misery, suffering, and degradation bought on by the creation and use of government projects and programs on the Indigenous People dwelling in inner-city, urban neighborhoods and communities. The 100 Billion in Gold must be divided and placed into the Estates of the Heirs to the Land.
