The Order,

I, Sovereign Crown Denderah- Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El, reclaim All Lands* and All Resources** bestowed upon me by birthright, heritage and pedigree.

All Nations, All States and All Governments Forfeit All lands*, All Resources** (and use thereof), as a consequence of their breach of fiduciary responsibility to the heirs of the land (known as The People).

All Nations, All States and All their respective Governments committed and participated in all acts defined as genocide in relation to the original people of those lands.

Thus, All acts of government must cease and authority returned to the true heir of the lands.

The return of lands* and its resources** must be performed Now! As it is long overdue. 

Thus, All Lands and All Resources are returned to the indigenous heirs and re-established as The Sovereign Empire: Lands Of Morena.

*Land

The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as , buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.

**Resources includes all property (fixed and movable), all funds (soverengh wealth funds, etc.), gold, oi, precious metals, artefacts, scared material, works of art, literature, etc.
