A narrow win for Colombia's opponents to a government peace deal with FARC rebels has thrown the country into disarray. Negotiations Monday on the Marxist group’s financial disclosures and disarmament are on hold. Most Colombians were angry over inadequate punishment for group which terrorized the country for 52 years, caused 220,000 deaths, seized territory, perpetrated high-profile kidnappings, hijacked planes and made millions in cocaine traffic. After losing the vote, President Juan Manuel Santos said he is, “without a plan B.”
