President Vladimir Putin will meet his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul on October 10, the Kremlin said Tuesday. This will be the second meeting since their reconciliation at St. St. Petersburg earlier this year. In addition to a face-to-face, Putin wil laddress the World Energy Congress which takes place this year  Istanbul.
