Free the Hutaree – Jail The Government

 Just as the Bush Justice Department was a septic tank full of sewage, so is Obama’s.  Our decline into fascism has led to the Department of Justice becoming a propagandizing department used to indoctrinate the masses into accepting the police state. 

 The government wants you to surrender all your freedom for a false sense of security it promises to provide with the resulting cost being the theft of wealth and a massive loss of liberty.  

 The Hutaree were setup by the FBI with a paid informant that went on inciting rants about the government and when joined in on, this government turd then used a wire to record others.  This entire episode is a pretended dispute designed to give the useless Homeland Security apparatus a purpose to exist so taxpayers will not realize they are paying trillions for their own enslavement. 

Seriously, here is the FBI’s actual case:   An undercover agent infiltrated the group, called Hutaree, and secretly recorded the leader, David Stone,declaring “it’s time to strike and take our nation back so that we may be free again from tyranny.”  This was after an FBI weasel informant started a 30 minute rant about our government.  There it is.  That is the FBI’s big case that will defend us from terror.  That was the stepping stone that led to FEDGOV saying the attack was imminent and operational.  So, what I am saying is, it is time for Americans to strike and take back our nation so that we may be free from tyranny.  There, I said it.  Will the Freeking Bumbling Idiots come to get me? 

So this is what the monstrosity of Homeland Security has wrought us for hundreds of billions of dollars a year.   Americans will now work exclusively to support this government welfare program while these non-producers suck up whatever wealth people can create.

 Just as Bush used Homeland Security color code levels to incite fear and dependence to help him win a second election, Obama is promising that if we outlaw dissent and militia groups, only then will the American people be safe.  It is our road to serfdom.

 The Hutaree’s doctrine is to defend the Constitution and American people from government tyranny.  This is a noble pursuit that should be joined in on by all Americans.  What is wrong with a militia group training to kill police in the event that at some time in the future police are used to carry out totalitarian control whereby the government creates a fascist dictatorship?  During the 20th century 50 million people were murdered by Mao, 30 million murdered by Stalin, 6 million by Hitler, and many millions more killed by lesser dictators bent on a doctrine whereby leaders believe they can create heaven on earth if only the wrong elements are exterminated.  However, if a small group conducted assassinations, this could have prevented the tragedy of untold murder being perpetrated on what experts have stated was at least 260 million people during the 20th Century.

 This 260 million dead was not the result of any war.  This 260 million were not casualties.  Battle casualties are a completely separate category from those who were just outright murdered by government. This 260 million were starved, gassed, shot, tortured, guillotined, or frozen. This number is six times the amount of people killed in war during the same timeframe.  Yet, people think ideologically driven governments are saviors as opposed to the mass murderers of humanity they have proven to be.

 The lawyer class in our country has shown it deserves no more legitimacy than the robed tyrants who attempted to legitimize the KGB, Stasi, NKSD, or the Savak. When will the people wake up and begin nullifying every law and act of tyranny that has resulted from the War on Drugs and the War on Terror?  We are the tools of our own enslavement by cooperating with the government.  How is it, and what is it in people, that cause people to cooperate in their own oppression.  How is it that government can make people believe absurdities that lead to their cooperation in committing atrocities?  The government only represents a tiny fraction of the population.  If 20 percent of the people stood up to government, it would create a rebel force of 60 million people.  This would dwarf anything the government could ever assemble.  All we have to do is decide we will no longer tolerate tyranny enforced by police.  Jurors need to quit cooperating with the police state.  It merely takes 1 out of 12 jurors.

French philosopher  La Boétie wondered in his writings “how it happens that so many men, so many villages, so many cities, so many nations, sometimes suffer under a single tyrant who has no other power than the power they give him; who is able to harm them only to the extent to which they have the willingness to bear with him; who could do them absolutely no injury unless they preferred to put up with him rather than contradict him. Surely a striking situation!”

La Boétie was understood that in any political system the ruled vastly outnumber the rulers. So, force cannot be the key to maintaining despotism because the subjects always hold the power to destroy the prince if driven to that point.  Therefore, government slowly pushes, seizes, bargains, and usurps always to just before the point people will revolt.  

 But, people need not fight, they can merely stop acquiescing to government’s illegitimate acts. 

. La Boétie writes:

“Obviously there is no need of fighting to overcome this single tyrant, for he is automatically defeated if the country refuses consent to its own enslavement: it is not necessary to deprive him of anything, but simply to give him nothing; there is no need that the country make an effort to do anything for itself provided it does nothing against itself. It is therefore the inhabitants themselves who permit, or, rather, bring about, their own subjection, since by ceasing to submit they would put an end to their servitude. A people enslaves itself, cuts its own throat, when, having a choice between being vassals and being free men, it deserts its liberties and takes on the yoke, gives consent to its own misery, or, rather, apparently welcomes it.”  However, it is the police who carry out and enforce the will of the tyrant, so it is the police who rightly should always be recognized as an enemy of liberty and the people.

Futurist, George Orwell, wrote, “The point is that we are all capable of believing things which we know to be untrue, and then, when we are finally proved wrong, impudently twisting the facts so as to show that we were right. Intellectually, it is possible to carry on this process for an indefinite time: the only check on it is that sooner or later a false belief bumps up against solid reality, usually on a battlefield.”

 Since the beginning of civilization rulers have been consuming the peoples’ wealth promising government supplied utopia, but instead they have always led people to their demise promising this utopia through some type of  “ism”, be it  globalism, fascism, communism, imperialism, capitalism, Marxism, Maoism, or consumerism.  Government always believes that if it uses enough force or kills enough people it can reorder man and natural law.  When government feels the end justifies the means, which it always does, then there is no limit to the amount of people it will starve, beat, jail, or murder into submission.  Government always believes that if just a million more people could be turned into corpses, then utopia could be acheived.

 We see what happens on a global scale when the government creates a fiat monetary system whereby it changes the nature of money from it being capital to it being a debt-based system in which the elite have the power to create all the money they want.  They concentrate wealth to themselves through confiscation and wealth dilution and destruction.  

 The rule of our leaders is absolute and it knows no limit.  They do what they want and justify torture and murder as vital to national security.  When this occurs, and they become tyrannical, then the very speech that supplies truth will become dangerous.  It is at this point that the minions of government feel justified by absurdities to carry out every nature of atrocity.   As government has consumed and destroyed foreign areas of plunder, it then begins to consume itself by betraying and exploiting its own people thereby turning its own subjects into things, –slaves or corpses.

 Our Constitution and revolutionary forefathers gave us the prerogative of revolt by stating:

 That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

 At what point do Americans have the right to revolt?  Torture?  Assassination?  Plundering of wealth?  Confiscation of property?  Police state tyranny with oppression through a vast prison/industrial complex?  A military/industrial complex that controls resources? A money cartel that prints paper to create currency to seize or destroy real capital created through productivity?  What is the line government has to cross before it becomes illegitimate and people recognize it as the enemy?

 Our government has visited every evil know upon the people of this country.  The Hutaree are right, the government has become our real enemy and it is the Hutaree who are the heroes.  When the government is binding up those meek of heart, remember there were those who tried to stand up, but the ignorant were too caught up with the trappings of legitimacy to see the lying murderers under the uniforms, robes and suits.

Goethe said, “There are none more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.” Our economic slavery, whereby we live from week to week, has reduced us to an impersonal state of servitude whereby we never get to see our masters, appeal our mistreatment by them, or even know who they are that are eating away our sustenance.
