(Before It's News)

Last week, Young Americans for Liberty at Arizona State teamed up with the Students for Sensible Drug Policy at Arizona State to show the film “Deep Web”. A film that told story of cryptography, the drug war, and online drug trafficking.

It was a great opportunity for both of our clubs to learn about an issue that we both agree on. SSDP had many more people that aligned themselves as being “liberal” or “left-wing”. This film screening was a great way for both libertarians and liberals to come together on an issue that we both value deeply.

We had a relatively good turnout and even saw a few new faces, which was amazing. The film itself was a great eye opener to our new members as it showcased what both of our clubs fight for and it was a great way to recruit new members.
