Here at Southern Adventist University this semester we had fun and accomplished a lot. We managed to start the chapter, hand out Constitutions to over 25% of the student body, raise funds through various activities, and establish a presence on campus. One of our favorite events was our “Pie the Candidate” event in which students and community members could throw pies at us as we wore masks of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Our goal for this past semester was to establish a presence on campus and to get the ball rolling. Hopefully next semester we can contribute more to the campus-wide political discussion. We are planning various panel and debate events. We also plan to host a speaker or two. Hopefully more students can come into contact with the message of liberty in this upcoming semester and those to follow.
