On February 11th, our chapter took off from our Lafayette Indiana campus before daylight. We had 17 members excited and ready to attend our region's Spring Summit in Chicago. We met an ecstatic crowd once we showed up to Loyola University and joined hundreds of fellow Liberty activists from around the Midwest. The summit started with a fabulous training taught by Ty Hicks. Soon after, we were learning about foreign policy, activism, and even watched an economic debate. The night ended with the keynote speaker, Congressman Thomas Massie, giving one of the best speeches we had ever heard. We drove back to campus that night with new ideas, activism styles, and a list of new Liberty friends. Purdue YAL looks forward to turning these ideas and passions into action to create a more free and open society for years to come!
