Why “Before Its News” Has The Potential To Be Better Than Reuters

(and why this would not be difficult)

Before Its News ought to focus on political, military, economic and social issues and stop posting some of the goofy stuff that discredits those who spend time addressing serious issues.  Articles that take the face of Obama and superimpose it on an old picture and then have an article that makes the front of the site asking if Obama is a time-traveler tends to discredit many of the writers and articles trying to get a serious message out to the world.

It is great that there are so many topical areas listed, but there ought to be a separate link that places the real goofy stuff in one area and all the serious stuff in another. This way if someone wants to write about a statue crying, or about how the Mother Mary’s face is in a cloud, or Obama being a time-traveler or the Anti-Christ, then such news is not listed with serious issues.  There can be a National Enquirer BIN site and a Wikinews Bin site and never should stories from one make it onto another.

We have people like Glenn Greenwald, Jeremy Scahill, John Pilger, Noam Chomsky, Pat Buchanan, Amy Goodman, and an excellent group of economists, statesmen, historians, philosophers and pundits writing for Antiwar.com and LewRockwell.com while other alternative news sites like Axisoflogic.com, Counterpunch.org, and Truthout.com have proven to Pierre Omidyar, who is starting First Look Media, that the American people are tired of being force-fed corporate controlled media and seek true investigative reporting with a narrative that cynical and examining of the government and the power elite. 

Writers are begging for a platform to dissect word-for-word the elites’ pronouncements so that the masses can begin examining and understanding why the elite say and do what they do.  The outright lies, propaganda, hypocrisy, compartmentalization, self-censorship and framing of debate have caused the American people to be the most ignorant, propagandized and deluded population in the world.  That RT, Al Jazeera, and Democracy Now are so much more than all the U.S. corporate media combined tells us we are at a point in time in this country when stories about seeing Elvis in a grocery store need to be removed from FBI assassinations, the implementation of a total police state, torture and the government’s destruction of the U.S. Constitution.

Before Its News needs to be and can be a site that is given much greater credibility by those in the alternative media so that this image can be carried over to the American people.  Image the impact BIN could make if some famous writers from the alternative media began posting stories and mentioning how much better informed the writers at BIN are compared to the corporate media.  The more the mainstream media can be exposed, discredited and destroyed, the better it will be for the American people.  Bin needs to fix its site and then begin a media campaign.

Now here is an actual Reuter’s piece that needs to be examined and exposed as the Zionist trash that it is.  Additionally, this is the type of forum that BIN needs to be and the type of service it needs to provide to its readers, many of who are also its writers.

The main problem with this article is it is mostly lies and a blatant attempt to justify a war with Syria that would lead to war with Iran and then a proxy war by China and Russia that would finally bring death and ruin to the American people.

President Obama has been reluctant to use military force to contain the Syrian crisis, but the pressure is mounting for him to intervene. “All the options are horrible,” a former aide said.

Within a few minutes, Majid said, his eyes began to burn, and he felt sick to his stomach. He decided to walk to the local hospital, where, as an anesthesia specialist, he spent most of his daytime hours. When he arrived, dozens of people were streaming in, choking, vomiting, crying, saliva bubbling out of their mouths. About a hundred and thirty people were treated for similar symptoms; ten of them, Majid said, were in “dangerous” condition, though none died. The victims were suffering from chemical poisoning, but there wasn’t much that the doctors could do except try to alleviate the symptoms. “We don’t have medicine to cure that kind of poisoning,” Majid said, in a telephone interview. (We had been introduced by the Syrian Support Group, a pro-opposition organization in Washington, D.C.) “The people were terrified, because no one could help them.”

So the Reuters wants people to believe that Assad ordered a chemical attack in which not a single person died.  Now, who would have been most likely to order a chemical attack that would not kill a single person, Assad or the opposition who has garnered support of Sunni elements from the former Saddam regime in Iraq that has killed over 2000 Iraqis just in January of 2014 and who seeks to drag the American people into their jihadist bloodbath? 

On the way home, Majid saw birds and other animals—goats, chickens, stray dogs—writhing on the ground. Others were dead. “All these birds and chickens were dead around us,” he told me. “I can’t describe the fear that people felt.” A statement by the rebel-led city council said that the regime had used sarin and possibly chlorine gas. The council members held the Syrian government responsible and called on the international community to “find out the truth about the killing machine.” Majid directed me to a macabre gallery of photographs and videos, posted online by opposition leaders in Daraya. “It was poison gas,’’ he said. “It affected the birds and the animals and the humans in the same terrible way.”

What the article does not say is the moderate Syrian National Council has been utterly and completely destroyed. Nor does it mention that its few members actually represented no armed forces whatsoever during the Geneva II talks nor that and “city council” is now controlled by and in fear of all the Al Qaeda and Al Nusra aligned elements who are now killing each other by the hundreds because these jihadists want extremist Wahabbists to carry out sectarian slaughter.

Since March, there have been reports of at least four similar attacks, including one in Ateibeh, a contested area near Damascus, and one in Khan al-Assal, a town outside Aleppo. The reports indicated that the attack in Khan al-Assal had killed twenty-two people and injured forty-eight, and that the one in Ateibeh had contaminated as many as twenty-five people. Majid’s account could not be independently confirmed. An American intelligence official told me that he had learned of the purported attack, and others, by monitoring rebel Web sites. Like the other attacks, the one in Daraya was shrouded in ambiguity. What was the gas that Majid described? Was it a substance banned by international treaty, like sarin or VX? Or was it something less virulent? Had the attack been ordered by Assad, or had it been carried out by a Syrian military unit operating on its own authority? (Although the regime has accused rebels of such attacks, American officials believe that they don’t have chemical weapons.) 

This is nothing but lies and what “American officials believe” is whatever the American government says to believe that helps the warmongers, imperialists, Zionists and military-industrial complex. Here is what the latest intelligence has proven and why the U.N. specifically decided to limit the scope of their investigation.

Does Reuters mention one word regarding these issues identified above?  No.  Instead it acts as if it were American media while actually being part of the Zionist media network. 

 And, if the incidents reported by Majid and other Syrians did amount to a use of chemical weapons, what could be done to prevent the next one?

If it were a false flag event, which many independent authorities, international organizations and scientific experts have admitted, the question ought to be:  How should the U.S. punish treason and agents for Israeli and Sunni extremists who attempted the lie the U.S. into war?

The article goes on to state:

 Obama has declared that if the regime used chemical weapons, or even prepared to use them, it would be crossing a “red line.’’ But the Administration has taken care not to make the line too sharp, referring not just to chemical weapons but to “a whole bunch” of chemical weapons, used in a “systematic” way. And though Obama has said that such attacks would be a “game changer,” he has stopped short of saying that they would be cause for military force.

Joseph Holliday, a former Army intelligence officer who has studied the conflict for the Institute for the Study of War, in Washington, suggested that the regime was attempting to use the weapons in a way that would frighten the rebels but wouldn’t cross the red line. “Assad has been extremely calculating with the use of force, increasing the levels of violence gradually, so as not to set off alarm bells,” he said. “First it was artillery. Then it was bombing. Then it was Scuds. A year ago, he wasn’t killing a hundred people a day. He’s introducing chemical weapons gradually, so we get used to them.” The attacks in March and April took place in areas that were either contested or held by the regime, and they killed relatively few people, at a time when, elsewhere in the country, a hundred people were dying every day. “If it’s not a big attack, it’s not easy to determine whether chemical weapons have been used,” a Senate aide told me. “The cloud disperses—there’s no mushroom cloud. Maybe Assad bombards the area afterward to cover up the evidence.” Indeed, some experts said that the regime was using the attacks specifically to gauge the resolve of Obama and the West. “Assad appears to be testing the tactical value of his chemical arsenal,” Gary Samore, who until February was President Obama’s chief adviser on weapons of mass destruction, said. “But he’s testing the political limits, too.”

Joseph Holliday has been thoroughly discredited.  He was on Al Jazeera (here) and claimed that Al Qaeda had only a minor presence and that the main opposition groups were indigenous Syrian opposition groups.  The fact of the matter is the Syrian National Council was touted by Washington as the main opposition entity that acted as an umbrella organization under which small jihadist groups operated that were commanded and controlled by the SNC.  The fact is that the SNC has completely collapsed and its leaders are not even in the country anymore after having been run out by radical jihadist forces waging sectarian slaughter.  He claims the arms the jihadists have were bought independently, but it was discovered that the Libyan consulate was a CIA run-running operation and the diplomatic personnel killed at the U.S. consulate were CIA operatives funneling arms.  Not only was the gun running operation going on, but it was Libyan chemical weapons that were used in the false flag operation and those who had objected to the operation were allowed to be massacred by Hillary and Obama. (See here.)  This is another truth Reuters would never mention.

Senior Israeli officials and Republicans in Washington, as well as British and French intelligence officials, have argued forcefully that the regime used chemical weapons. The Administration’s response has been characterized by caution, indecision, and reluctance to speak publicly about the subject. Officials said in late April that they believed chemical weapons had been used at least twice, but that they could not definitely tie the attacks to Assad. The White House said that it was not entirely clear who was in control of the weapons, leaving open the possibility that the attacks were accidental or unauthorized. “Given the stakes involved, and what we have learned from our recent experience, intelligence assessments alone are not sufficient,” the White House wrote in a letter to congressional leaders. Instead, the Administration would rely on the United Nations, which planned to send in experts to test soil and take samples from victims. Assad refused to allow the experts into the country.

Seymoure Hersh, an award-winning investigative journalist and writer, totally destroyed the U.S. government’s rush for war in his and his investigative news report.  His piece was so powerful and well-researched that the mainstream media simply refused to carry his work because of the damage it did to those in the U.S. government who were seeking to drive this nation into another war.  He destroyed the U.S. government’s case for war point-by-point and included troop movements, radio traffic, delivery vehices, chemical compostion, battlefield geometry, time, intelligence gaps scientific date, flight times, trajectory, weapon configuation and what he could prove were outright lies by the U.S. government. He provided a definitive  scientific assessment based on scientific data as opposed to political propaganda.  His work “Whose Sarin?” is  here and has been covered by others   here, here, and  here.  The integrity of his work has never been called into question as that would be too damaging to the corporate media and U.S. government for the American people to see how their government routinely commits treason against them and lies them into war.  Accordingly, his work has been ignored and marginalized in a religiously fanatic kind of way.

So, this is why information and stories need to be separated out on BIN.  A news site cannot expose conspiracies inside the government while at the same time asking others to believe Obama is a time-traveler or the Anti-Christ.  The current situation makes it very difficult to try to expose conspiracies or call attention to those acting through the loose affiliations of elites whose interests are diametrically opposed to those of the common man who pays for and dies in wars as opposed to the elite who profit from them while sleeping safely and soundly in mansions.
