On 03.05.2009 Attorney Orly Taitz filed a Quo Warranto legal action with the Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder, challenging legitimacy of Barack Obama for the position of the U.S. President. Quo Warranto request was submitted twice and received on 03.17.2013 and 03.27.2013. Evidence shows Obama using Social Security number never assigned to him and forged IDs.  In a period of four years the Department of Justice did not respond. FOIA request was filed.

On 06.21. 2013 after four years Attorney Taitz received a response from the Department of Justice attached herein.

It is interesting that Department of Justice is seeking Attorney Orly Taitz to verify her identity and provide her date of birth, place of birth, Social Security number and so on. They did not do anything in regards to multiple complaints filed by Attorney Taitz seeking action in regards to Barack Obama and his use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 and forged IDs.

Attorney Taitz responded to the Department of Justice the same day, on 06.21,.2013.
