Eric Holder, Obama Propose To Use Executive Orders To Impose New Gun Control Laws Video
One week ago, a lone lunatic took the lives of 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. Sadly — yet, predictably — before the crime scene was even secured by police, the Obama administration took to the bully pulpit to issue endless demands for more stringent gun control.
Holder, who is traveling to Newtown today, said they are considering their options on executive orders: “Those options will have to include a ‘strong and robust’ Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the chronically under-funded agency that enforces federal gun laws, he said.”
That’s the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that ran Operation Fast and Furious, in which U.S. law enforcement allowed drug cartels to purchase weapons in this country and smuggle them into Mexico, where they were used to kill thousands of people in Mexico and border patrol agent Brian Terry.
Even with the exposure of the disastrous Fast and Furious program, Attorney General Eric Holder has used the program as a reason to call for more gun restrictions.
The American people need to demand the truth about the Fast and Furious scandal, before allowing Eric Holder and the Obama administration to take one more step toward issuing executive orders to further their gun control agenda.
The operation was conceived as apolitical stunt to actually increase the American guns used in Mexican drug cartel violence so that the Obama administration could have cover for using executive orders to impose gun restrictions without congress.
Now the Obama administration and Eric Holder have the Sandy School shooting tragedy to use to further their gun control agenda. If at first you don’t succeed try try again seems to be the mantra of the Obama administration.
Today the administration’s plans are beginning to come into effect. Through an Executive Order, the Obama administration is implementing new restrictions on the sale of certain weapons in border states, and increasing the penalties for violating certain firearms laws.
Fox News is reporting on the purpose of the gun control executive orders:
“In an effort to stem the illicit flow of weapons into Mexico, the Justice Department announced Monday that all gun shops in four Southwest border states will be required to alert the federal government to buyers of high-powered rifles.
The Daily Beast seems to have the inside track on more Executive Orders, however, claiming recent conversations with administration officials. TDB says the upcoming Executive Orders will have more impact than what Fox outlines above, including:
“A national electronic system designed to make background checks for handgun buyers simpler and faster, leaving an electronic paper trail. [And] Tougher sentencing guidelines for straw buyers that Holder’s department pushed through procedural hoops at the U.S. Sentencing Commission earlier this year.” Yet by definition, the ATF is a “Straw” Buyer!
The question remains- if these Executive Orders are ‘common sense’ measures as the administration claims, why not let Congress enact them as laws? And if they are minor tweaks to existing law as others claim, are they necessary at all?

The president said he believed the Second Amendment guaranteed an individual right to own guns and added that most gun owners “are responsible.” But he added: “It’s encouraging that many gun owners have stepped up this week to say there are steps we can take to prevent more tragedies like the one in Newtown, steps that both protect our rights and protect our kids,” he said.
In exit polls, 42 percent of voters in 2008 reported having a gun in their house or property, while a 2011 Gallup survey found that 47 percent of Americans had a gun at home, the highest since 1993.
People of America, use the information that is available to you and study it, there is something far more sinster at work here. Please educate yourself before you wake up one day asking yourself, “Self how did I get here”.
In the days since the tragedy in Newtown, Americans from all over the country have called for action to deter mass shootings and reduce gun violence. Hundreds of thousands of followers have signed petitions on the White House’s We the People petitions platform.

Obama can sign all the executive orders he wants. He is commander-in-chief of the federal government (and only the federal government, presiding over federal persons such as federal employees), federal geographical areas (such as Washington, DC and federal enclaves, military bases), federal subject matter (such as interstate commerce). The key is in understanding that his authority is limited to being federal only. You must understand that he has no authority over intrastate commerce or private human beings that have no ties directly to the U. S. federal government. Make sure that you are not a U.S. citizen defined by the 14th amendment which is a dual citizenship, i.e. both state and federal in nature.
Enlighten yourselves as to the true legal definitions of United States and United States of America. They are not the same thing. U. S. territories were under federal jurisdiction until they became states when they got their own governments. As the federal territories became states the federal geographical area constricted down to its legal definition currently found in Title 26 US Code (Internal Revenue Code) as being Washington DC, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, continental shelf areas around any of the 50 states, and federal military enclaves, bases, post offices, and other needful buildings as permitted by the constitution for the United States of America. This does not include any of the 50 individual united States of America. There is a reason that federal marshals do not patrol our streets. It’s because they have no (or very limited) authority on our streets/ lands. Please do not be deceived by the criminals in DC.

A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed.
Watch out for FEMA:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
