LaVoy Finicum: After examining the video it appears as though the following took place:
Via Billy
:08 seconds – LaVoy Finicum strikes an officer who had jumped out infront of Finicum’s vehicle. Perhaps the officer wanted to force Finicum to swerve, or maybe the officer thought the car he was standing in front of was going to be struck by Finicum’s vehicle.
:12 seconds – LaVoy Finicum exits the vehicle with his hands raised high in the air.
:17 seconds – A 2nd officer approaches Finicum from the direction of the downed officer with his weapon drawn.
The 2nd officer stumbles through the snow as he approaches Finicum and his hands move up and down in a way that suggest his weapon may have discharged either intentionally or unintentionally.
Finicum lowers his hands, perhaps to hold his wound, and is shot by a 3rd officer from the left of the screen.
If these observations are accurate, that’s manslaughter at best, murder at worst.
Where’s the dashcam and bodycam footage?? The DOJ insists every local force should have them.
Do they practice what they preach?

it is obvious that they do not want to release the audio because it will incriminate them as firing while the hands were still up. Victoria Sharps testimony clearly states that there was a shot followed by a pause, followed by multiple shots. The best thing to do is listen to her testimony while watching the unedited version of film simultaneously. my opinion anyway
Her interview conflicts with what actually happened. She stated that “he died with his hands up and on his knees.” After watching the footage, that clearly did not happen. He did indeed have his hands up, but then he lowered them to reach for his waistband or inside his coat and he had the draw stance. That was when the cops clearly opened fire. You can see when he gets hit if you slow it down to .25 speed.

Would your testimony be a hundred percent accurate with all that happening? Besides, he was UP to his knees in snow which could be confusing. And again, why would he come out peacefully and then just decide to draw? no…he was shot and was reaching for the wound. prior to the second man firing, he clearly looks bewildered and scared trying to flee back to car. And if he DID try to draw at that point???? who can blame him? bleeding and terrified with more cops closing in? cmon….Besides, nobody can say anything until the audio is released. it needs to be.
Also, the officer that some newspapers are reporting was standing alongside the road and was almost hit was in fact moving to get in front of the vehicle so it was his own fault. More damning is why he was doing that….My opinion is that the only reason you would do that is because you were shooting at the vehicle. But mor damning by FAR….watch in the video as that same man is crouched calmly and then can be seen running for cover (as well as other officers moving quickly) this just happens to be a split second before LaVoy started reaching down….definitely had been shot
Wonder if there is a way to dissect the video further and come up with evidence that would show when the first shot was fired?

I have watched both guns and see no smoke nor recoil. The victim appears to lie down and sure doesn’t appear to have been hit with a 10mm which should have thrown him through the air at that close range. This looks like another staged event to me.
sorry but have you ever seen a person shot with anything? they do not fly bacl lmao I am sorry, you are entitled to your opinion but I think that is exactly why this video was used, so you cant see minute details such as smoke or recoil. That also why they release the non lethal burst percussives after everything is calm. because those WILL show up on video.

“Small calibre”? You think these guys were using a .22? No, they use .40 and 10mm and I challenge anyone to shoot one and maintain a horizontal arm like we are supposed to believe here. This scene can easily be dupilcated for a test to prove it.
