The theft of billions of dollars of foreign military aid equipment by ISIS, the strange inability to defeat this third rate caliphate, etc. There is a danger that if you look under the hood of the mighty hot rod you’ll find the giant engine the taxpayers think they bought has been replaced by a two-stroke.
