(Before It's News)

On this day in 1957, Hank Aaron’s walk off HR clinched the NL pennant for the Milwaukee Braves.

The Braves won 95 games under manager Fred Heany.   The lineup included 3 future Hall of Famers:  Henry Aaron (.322, 44 HR & 132 RBI), Eddie Matthews (.292, 32 HR & 94 RBI) and Warren Spahn (21-11 & 2.69 ERA).

The Braves moved on to beat the Yankees in the World Series!
