Forced Resettlement Smackdown: 98 Percent Say No To Brussels’ Migrant Quotas

(Before It's News)

Talk about a smackdown – fully 98 percent of Hungarians outright rejected the European Union’s mandate to take in a certain number of migrants – to abide the globalists’ dream of forced immigration and open borders.

BBC reports:

“Hungarian PM Viktor Orban has declared victory in a referendum on mandatory EU migrant quotas …

“Nearly 98 percent of those who took part supported the government’ call to reject the EU plan.”

At the same time, BBC said the results are in question, due to voting participation.

The news outlet reported:

“[O]nly 43 percent of the electorate voted, short of the 50 percent required to be valid.

“A government spokesman said the out outcome was binding ‘politically and legally,’ but the opposition said the government did not have the support it needed.”

Regardless, Orban sent a strong message to the European Union that went something like this: We’re changing Hungary’s constitution to make this decision binding, whether you agree or not.

Ouch.

The Express put it even blunter, in a piece that was headlined: “New Low for the EU: Brussels Humiliated as 98 Percent of Hungarians Reject Migrant Quotas.”

The story went on:

“Beleaguered Brussels plumbed new depths of unpopularity last night as an astonishing 98 percent of Hungarian voters rejected the imposition of EU migrant quotas.

“The final result from the country’s historic referendum shows that more than nine in 10 voters rebelled against Jean-Claude Juncker’s EU Commission in a crushing blow to the whole euro project.

“In total 92.3 per cent of people voted ‘no’ to migrant quotas, compared to just 1.4 per cent who said yes. A further six per cent of the ballots were spoiled in protest.

“Jubilant politicians from the ruling Fidesz party claimed victory in the historic vote shortly after polling stations closed and said it was a sign of people turning their backs on bullying Brussels.”

Hear that?

That’s the sound of rebellion against the elitist globalists – and it’s likely going to hit hard on American soil come November, in the form of voter support for Donald Trump.
