Donald Trump has managed to shine light on a very important segment of our Republic that was stated in our Declaration of Independence. It says:

“…That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among them,

deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…”

The “consent” referred to above is realized when we go into the voting booth and cast our ballot. When we vote for a candidate, we are trusting them to do what is right for us and right for the country. This important aspect of our government defines us as a Republic and not a Democracy, whereby mobs rule. In Hillary’s America, where all – including non-citizens who are foreign nationals- are allowed to vote, the privilege of citizenship is diluted by the mob. And those who were elected to represent us and the best interest of our country are now also representing the interests of foreign nationals as well. Furthermore, every time an illegitimate vote is cast, it cancels out a legitimate vote. Objections to this crime against the principles of Republicanism is not the essence of racism, but it is the essence of common sense and national self-preservation.

In America today the elements of our Republic’s destruction can be traced back to several root causes, including but not limited to an ideological media, a feckless and over-reaching Department of Education, and power cabals masquerading as political parties. While the former two obstacles may be harder to overcome, theoretically the latter can be abolished at the polls. Experience tells us that probably will not happen. It is reasonable to state that replacing an incumbent has become a nearly impossible task since it rallies the cooperation between the cabals and the complicit media. However, one of the most disturbing reason is the aspect of voter fraud – or election rigging, which is composed of several contributing factors, some of which are enumerated below .

Fraudulent Voter Applications

Recently, the Chicago Tribune, and other more than left-leaning entities,

reported on Indiana’s police raid on the Indiana Voter Registration group run by Democrat operative Craig Varoga. After numerous incidents of voter fraud were discovered, the raid expanded from two counties to nine. These included fraudulent voter applications with made up names and addresses, as well as real names with false addresses and dates of birth. Varoga denied the claims and indirectly accused the police and Secretary of State Connie Lawson of racism by declaring that these action would deprive 45000 black individuals of their right to vote. Since then, the Indiana investigation also revealed ties to the Patriot Majority USA, a Washington, D.C.-based group with Democratic ties.

In another instance, I personally made phone calls for a friend who was running for Sheriff in an urban district. In this case I was given lists of those who voted in the last election. When I called the numbers, I learned that a great majority of those listed could not speak English, with many admitting that they were not citizens, could not vote, or did not vote.

Sophisticated Hacking

Clinton Eugene Curtis, an attorney and computer programmer, testified before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee about his knowledge and experience regarding hacking polling machines. Curtis’ resume includes working for NASA, Exxon Mobile, and the Florida Department of Transportation. He testified under oath that while working for Yang Enterprises, he personally designed a program to fix elections that was purchased by former Congressman Tom Feeney when Feeney was Speaker of the House in Florida in 2000. Curtis wrote the program to flip the vote 51 to 49 in favor of his client. He further testified that this program, which hid the source codes, would not be detectable by County Boards of Elections, nor would it be revealed by a recount. The Committee asked what would be a good indicator that voter fraud had occurred. Curtis testified that gross differences between exit polls and polling counts could serve as an indicator of fraud and printed receipts in paper could verify the if the vote was legitimate or skewed.

The Committee also inquired as to the Ohio election, which Curtis believed was hacked. He further testified that the hacking program he wrote could be done by a central computer, which could control tens of thousands of votes without relying on direct access to the polling machines.

Unsophisticated Hacking

On April 8, 2016, Fox and Friends hosted a segment with Ed Felten, Professor of Computer Science and Public Affairs at Princeton University. He conduct a demonstration of how easily the Diebold voting machines that 5% of the country uses, can be hacked. In this situation, Professor Felten’s demonstration only pertained to machines that were physically accessible to the hacker, unlike the machines Curtis had remotely hacked on behalf of former Congressman Tom Feeney. The entire operation took less than 10 seconds to complete and could be done by low-level hackers using low-level technology.

NJ Court Recognizes Election Tampering 

Zirkle v. Henry 2011, resulted in a NJ Superior Court ruling ordering the NJ legislature to appropriate funds for polling stations to incorporate paper ballot receipts to voters to verify their vote was property recorded by the computer. This order was predicated on the Court’s ruling that the Zirkle case had proven that voting results could be switched due to either human error or fraud. However, the NJ legislature has failed to act on the Court’s order and to date, no paper ballot receipt in the state has been funded.

Dead People Voting

In addition to computer hacking, dead people voting remains a problem. In NJ, members of the North Jersey Regional TEA Party took it upon themselves to compare the death notices in a major NJ newspaper to the voting rolls. Their sampling revealed 483 cases where the dead were still registered to voter. After reporting their results to their local and state Board of Elections, they were informed that 2,479 names had been removed from the County’s list and 31,890 names were being removed statewide. While it remains unknown how many of the thousands of dead people were voting, it represented an administrative gaff that invited voter fraud.

Multiple Votes 

Since the Country does not operate a cross-country data system that keeps track of voters when they move across state lines, many former state residents still are capable of voting in their former districts. Since the integrity of the system rests on one vote per person, this simple glitch invites corruption by allowing registered voters to cross state lines and cast more than the one vote their citizenship entitles them to. When this happens, equality is assaulted.

All of the instances recorded above are indications that Banana Republic is being born in our midst – where those in power have the resources and the technology to literally steal elections. This is contrary to the intentions of our Founders, who believed that the foundation of our Constitutional Republic rested on the governed giving consent to those that govern over them. In today’s flawed system, the legitimate consent of the governed has been diluted beyond comprehension.

So when Donald Trump refers to the system being rigged, consider the cases mentioned above. It is inarguable that our democratic system that supports our Constitutional Republic is accountable to the people who extend their power to their representatives. If power begets power, the cabals we are seeing today need to be castrated at the root and sterilized. For as Lenin once said, “It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”

In conclusion, the words of our Founders as written in our Declaration of Independence keep ringing in my ear:

… But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object envinces a design to reduce them (the governed) under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

Perhaps it is time to exercise our right and our duty to abolish and/or throw off the despotic practices that have encumbered our freedoms and threaten the liberty of future generations. Doing anything less, makes us unworthy of calling ourselves an American patriot. May God bless America and bestow upon us better leadership than we deserve.
