For the Alt Media’s sites demonized by the lying, corrupt MSM, see “FOTM made the List of 200 secret-Russian-agents websites! =^..^=”.

Craig Timberg is the Washington Post reporter who, in his McCarthyist article of Nov. 24, 2016, “Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say,” demonizes sites like FOTM, calling us perveyors of “fake news,” “undermining faith in American democracy,” “pushing far right conservative messages,” and either “knowingly part of” or are stupid “useful idiots” of Russian propaganda.

WaPo reader ronin1776 wrote a comment on Timberg’s piece that “According to Paul Craig Roberts, ‘Craig Timberg’ doesn’t exist as a real person.”

So I went looking, and can confirm that Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, former Treasury Assistant Secretary of the Reagan Administration, indeed claims that “Craig Timberg” is a CIA agent posing as a Washington Post technology reporter.

A search of Timberg’s articles on Washington Post reveals a curious pattern: He’s written only 9 articles in 2016 before the “Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’” article, and just one article in 2015, but countless articles in 2014.

WaPo reader ronin1776 has more to say about “Craig Timberg”:

“The name is a collective nom de guerre for a special CIA counterintelligence group, employing the Washington Post as a willing front. Part of counterintelligence here is increasingly blatant psyops here directed towards internal Empire (North American former US states and citizens) not foreign lands. The presence and activity of this group indicate a fracturing in the CIA itself, riddled as it is with double and triple agents. Now, we’ll see how long the mods let this [comment] stay up.”

Ronin1776 wrote his comment at 11:15 a.m. today. Later today, I’ll check back on his comment to see if it’s been removed by WaPo.
