Kudos to Officer Alan Horujko for gunning down Abdul Razak Ali Artan before he inevitably killed someone — even if it made moonbat congresscritter Sheila Jackson Lee sad, as indicated in this deleted tweet:
It saddened Tim Kaine too:
Deeply saddened by the senseless act of gun violence at Ohio State this morning. Praying for the injured and the entire Buckeye community
— Senator Tim Kaine (@timkaine) November 28, 2016
Actually, Jackson Lee and Kaine must have been under the impression that the terrorist used a gun, as was initially reported, rather than a car and a butcher knife. It is typical of leftists not to wait for the bodies to cool before exploiting shootings as pretexts to prevent us from defending ourselves against shooters. Now they don’t even wait to see if a gun was used by anyone but the good guy who put a stop to the violence.
Other nations protect their students. America gives dangerous people guns and asks students to defend themselves. Ohio State University https://t.co/8Lk2A6SKFi

Can't wait for all the politicians who refuse to adjust gun laws to send their “thoughts & prayers” to Ohio State.https://t.co/uaZhF9d8Ll

For once a moonbat is right; gun laws should be adjusted — to make firearms more readily available to law-abiding citizens so they can defend themselves against maniacs like Artan.
Incredibly, at least one moonbat continued trying to exploit the terror attack to disarm us even after it was revealed that a gun was used to stop the terror, not to inflict it:
What's happened at Ohio State is terrible. But “mass stabber leaves 8 people with non-life-threatening injuries” is why gun control matters.

No matter what happens, the lesson progressives draw is that we need the government to make us more helpless. Sensible people usually draw very different lessons.
