How did Corcoran pick his team?

Corcoran may have taken a salsa dancing lesson or two, or perhaps spent more time than most sipping on a Mojito or smoking a cigar down in the boogie down known as Little Havana.
Of the 11 team members, 5 are spanish-speaking Hispanics from the Miami area. Rep. Michael Bileca, who also hails from Miami but isnt Hispanic, we will tap as an honorary “Latino” just because he tries his best to speak the language.
Actually, I think he speaks pretty good Espanol.
