Robert De Niro Willing To Give Trump A Chance

Remember during the contentious presidential campaign when Robert De Niro told us he’d like to punch would-be-president Donald Trump in the face, saying:

“He’s a punk, he’s a dog, he’s a pig, he’s a con, a bullshit artist…he talks about how he’d like to punch people in the face. Well, I’d like to punch him in the face.”

Well, now he’s decided to wait and hope.

His message to President-Elect Trump:

“I would only say that we’re all hoping, waiting and hoping, that he will lead the country in a way that’ll benefit everyone and benefit our neighbors around the world…
“We’re waiting and hoping, and we’ll see.”

Good for him, at least he’s willing to give Trump a chance, unlike the myriad of angry liberals trying to find any way they can to get Hillary Clinton into the White House.
