I know that everybody here is sad that this Election will soon be over. We have all gotten just about all the entertainment value out of it that we can get. Some of us have written inflammatory statements for publication on the worldwide web to arouse the passions of others, just for the sake of doing it. Then there has been the practical jokes and provocative discussions that have taken place at our respective places of employments. There have been Millions of e-mails exchanged with jokes and photos, charts and graphs. We are now in the final days of this cornucopia of fun and frivolity. Monday is our final day and then it’s off to the races with a whole new world of information age fun.
In the past I have always used high anxiety as an excuse to buy things. Not frivolous things but things that have been on the list of things to buy for a long, long time. I have to wait for the right time to spring into action on the purchase. Typically a current event is used to provide the excuse for the expenditure. I topped off on some MREs due to Hurricane Matthew, you see.
