Torching of Synagogue Not anti-Semitic Says German Court

A Wuppertal court in Germany has ruled that the torching of a synagogue was not an act of anti-semitism.

The defendants are identified only as Mohamad E., Mohammad A. and Ismail A. have already been convicted of the attack.

It is obvious that the Germans are bending over backwards not to inflame the already inflamed Muslims in Germany. Common sense tells me that if you attack a place of worship, you are attacking the people not just the policies of a far-off government. Of course, there was no state of Israel in 1938 when synagogues burned during Kristallnacht, and the Nazis made no pretense other than a Jew had assassinated a German diplomat in Paris, but it was clear that the target was the Jewish population in Germany.

This is just another example of Palestinian violence directed at Jews.
