“Republicans aren’t focused on jobs, just on wrecking Obama’s legacy”
I DON’T know which is more appalling — the proposal to spend our tax dollars on building a wall to keep out desperate immigrants fleeing poverty and violence, or Bristol Sheriff Hodgson’s idea that it be done by prison labor. He apparently doesn’t see the contradiction between his claim that keeping out immigrants will “save jobs” and using unpaid labor instead of union construction workers for the job.
But why expect logic from proposals based mainly on prejudice and hate? I might add that those who supported Republicans because they believe in “the right to life” apparently ignore the fact that, according to a recent estimate by Nicholas Kristof in The New York Times, over 8,000 people a year may die when their Obamacare and Medicaid are taken away.”
