FLASHBACK Judge Napolitano Says NSA, Fiber-Optics Likely Source Of WH ‘Hacks’

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

“If it quacks like a duck, it is usually a duck,” counsels an old adage. Where it concerns recent White House “leaks,” the disturbing reality may be staring us in the face.

The same news outlets that wrongly claimed Russia “hacked” the U.S. presidential election, are now blaming President Trump for recent leaks

But problematically, the Information Technology (IT) systems currently in use at the White House were introduced by former President Barack Obama — not Trump.

And if Judge Andrew Napolitano is to be believed, the source of the much-hyped “hacks” and “leaks” are not so much external (e.g., Russia), but internal. The judge cites as his sources unnamed “former management officials in the NSA.”

Leaks, hacks and the relative insecurity of White House communications are caused by “fiber-optics,” or the system of cables used to facilitate “high speed” internet and most forms of 21st Century communication, according to Napolitano.

Whether sending emails, making phone calls, downloading videos, streaming content — you name it — most such data is now largely conveyed through a massive, nationwide grid of fiber-optic cables.

“Today America’s spies rarely do their own spying; rather, they rely on the work done by the National Security Agency. We know that from the Edward Snowden revelations. We also know from Snowden that the NSA can monitor and identify all digital communications within the United States, coming into the United States and leaving the United States. Hence, it would be foolhardy and wasteful to duplicate that work. There is quite simply no fiber-optic cable anywhere in the country transmitting digital data to which the NSA does not have full-time and unfettered access.”

In other words, electric wire is analog, and so is privacy, says Napolitano:

“The leaking could not have occurred without the NSA knowing about it … we haven’t heard any of that.”

Funny, because that’s exactly what William Binney, the retired NSA technical director who designed our digital surveillance system, thinks too.

After the recent announcement that the House Committee on Intelligence would be investigating the phone leaks of former Gen. Mike Flynn’s calls, Napolitano’s warnings seem prophetic.

Obama’s unparalleled “modernization” of White House communications equipment and IT included the mandated installation of “fiber-optic cables” in place of old electronic “high speed” solutions that are not competitive with the private sector.

Obama’s executive order requiring broadband in all federal buildings and mandating the laying of fiber-optic cables in each case can be READ HERE.

Because of the nature of the “upgrades” — specifically, the use of fiber-optic cable — every single communication and classified discussion the president and his staff have within the Oval Office is potentially compromised.

Fiber-optic cable is also usually installed with massive excess capacity to accommodate future demand. This surplus capacity — or unused cable — is known as “dark” fiber. With virtually no regulation (and operating independently of Telecoms), dark fiber can be leased by virtually anyone, a huge security risk for a sensitive location like the White House.

While former President Barack Obama may not have intentionally made the WH less secure, the large number of NSA-related hacks of private citizens, foreign governments, and major companies uncovered in the last few years — all involving fiber-optics (rarely wire) — are certainly reason to rethink “modernizing” the most important office-space in the free world.

After-all, America’s nuclear deterrent runs off of giant floppy disks from the sixties, and for good reason: no internet connection. Low tech, is “safe” tech.

Billionaire Nazi war criminal George Soros is heavily invested in fiber optics and is busy laying pipe. [Just Google]. He provides fiber-optic broadband to 30 cities in the United Kingdom, the same country wrapped up in the NSA fiber-optic hacks several years ago.

Soros also offered to install fiber in Baltimore, Maryland — not too far from Washington, D.C.

Fiber is the foundation of all telecoms in the U.S. and Soros indirectly owns controlling stake in the most important telecom players, including Time Warnerand he is about to (once again) own AT&T, after the anticipated merger between the two companies.

The merger would possibly make Soros the largest media mogul since Ted Turner or Rupert Murdoch.

For those readers who have already crosschecked the claims of ownership made at Geller Report with Soros Fund Management, LLC., it should be noted that Soros is camouflaging his tentacles.

He did this by purchasing a large stake in LIBERTY BROADBAND, which owns 30 percent of Time Warner, allowing Soros to divest his direct stock in Time Warner.

Soros is also heavily leveraged into Charter Communications, which purchased TimeWarner in May, 2016.

In addition to outright Telecom ownership, Soros also owns ROVI (which owns TIVO), which tracks the viewing habits of over 50 million Americans.

Just like the time Obama gave $2 billion in taxpayer dollars to the Soros-leveraged Brazilian oil company Petrobras (after Obama banned offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and destroyed thousands of U.S. jobs), Obama’s broadband push favors Soros and makes Americans less safe.

All things considered, there might be more than one reason both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were willing to risk indictment in order to have private servers.

[EDITOR’S NOTE: The Geller Report requests an investigation of all modernization and technological “upgrade” initiatives implemented by the Obama administration, including the identification of any fiber optic cable lines coming into and out of the White House.]
