Forget Trump’s Travel Order: 16 Nations Outright Ban Israelis

Forget President Donald Trump’s immigration executive order that halts for 90 days people from seven countries known globally as terror hotspots from entering America – a temporary travel ban the left is painting as a bigoted ban against Muslims.

What about the 16 countries that outright prohibit Israeli citizens from entering their borders?

The press doesn’t talk about that much, does it?

These 16 countries outright ban citizens of Israel from entering their borders. Where’s the world’s outrage on that?

“The ongoing global debate over US President Donald Trump’s controversial travel ban executive order has drawn online attention to discrimination displayed by some Muslim-majority countries against Israeli passport holders.

“A total of 16 nations around the world prohibit entry to Israeli citizens. And as some commentators have pointed out, this group includes six of the seven countries targeted by Trump’s action.”

So what are the 16 countries?

A photo of the nations’ names has gone viral on social media. But to list, they’re Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

U.K. Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson just addressed the matter in a recent session of British Parliament.

His words, from Algemeiner once again:

“I think it’s right that the [House of Commons] should be aware of that discrimination, of that ban that already exists,” Johnson said. “And, by the way, the house should also reflect on the fact that all immigration policies, all visa policies, are by their very nature discriminatory, as between individuals and indeed as between nations.”

Funny. There aren’t many protesters in the streets decrying the 16 nations’ leaders for targeting and banning Israelis, or waving signs that label the governments’ heads as bigoted, racist, discriminatory and so forth. Guess banning Jews is OK with the world; barring citizens from predominantly Muslim nations with known ties to terror in order to protect U.S. citizens from attack is somehow bigoted, though.
