“Voices Without A Vote” is a short ad featuring the generation of kids who will be inheriting the Obama mess in years to come. It is very well done with a powerful message any and all should hear prior to November 6. It’s already been viewed by 300,785 people. Let’s help it get to a million by passing it onto our networks. Thank You for Fighting for Article II

Today Liberty Legal Foundation announced “On Monday the Supreme Court denied our petition to review the Georgia Obama eligibility ruling. No opinion. No explanation. No indication whether or not Obama appointed judges are involved in making the decision.”  There you have it–the Supreme Court of the United States has spoken without whispering or writing a single word.

Article II Super PAC wishes to thank Attorneys’ Van Irion of the Liberty Legal Foundation and Mark Hatfield of Hatfield and Hatfield and Georgia challengers Carl Swensson, Kevin Richard Powell and David Weldon. You gentlemen, along with all of other citizens who have also filed challenges throughout the United States, have demonstrated your heartfelt love for this country and respect for the Rule of Law. The People are indebted to you, all of you.

Liberty Legal Foundation discussed this decision and more on their weekly radio program this morning. Here is the link to their show - America’s Web Radio. Please tune in at 10 am Eastern time every Thursday.Podcasts are uploaded within 24 hours of the airing of the show.

Several weeks ago, Cort Wrotowski of New Hampshire asked for permission to re print Article II Super PAC’s “Bigger Than Watergate” ad in the New Hampshire Herald. He set out to raise funds to place the ad in the paper and secured funds to run the ad in two editions. He’s now working to raise the remaining $600 to run the ad for a final week. If you can spare $25, $50 or $100 either send it directly to Cort at 20 Zygmont Lane, Greenwich, CT. 06831 or to Article II Super PAC, but be certain to designate the donation to New Hampshire Herald effort. Let’s help Cort get the ad in the paper for its final run!

On January 5, 2012, Dean Haskins, Director of the former Birther Summit, wrote an article titled “Update on New Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Virginia Sunahara’s Brother, Duncan Sunahara.” This week Article II Super PAC ran the above ad in the Washington Times Weekly and Daily to draw people’s attention to Hawaii’s Deputy Attorney General, Jill Nagamine, using, some suggest abusing, her power by blocking the Sunahara family from securing baby Virginia’s original Hawai’ian long-form birth certificate and by extension ALL Hawai’an’s original birth records. Why the State of Hawaii is fighting this extremely simple request spending thousands of taxpayer’s funds is beyond our ability to even make a guess. Rather, we find it disturbing that the brother of a baby who died over 50 years ago can’t secure her original birth certificate. Think about that…hhhmmm….50 years ago.

Monday’s guest was Paul Kengor, Ph.D. author of “The Communist – Frank Marshall Davis: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mentor”

Here’s a snippet from Amazon describing Kengor’s book i“I admire Russia for wiping out an economic system which permitted a handful of rich to exploit and beat gold from the millions of plain people. . . . As one who believes in freedom and democracy for all, I honor the Red nation.” —FRANK MARSHALL DAVIS, 1947

“In his memoir, Barack Obama omits the full name of his mentor, simply calling him “Frank.” Now, the truth is out: Never has a figure as deeply troubling and controversial as Frank Marshall Davis had such an impact on the development of an American president.”

“Although other radical influences on Obama, from Jeremiah Wright to Bill Ayers, have been scrutinized, the public knows little about Davis, a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA, cited by the Associated Press as an “important influence” on Obama, one whom he “looked to” not merely for “advice on living” but as a “father” figure.”

Gillar wraps up the show with a short interview with Carl Gallups author of “The Magic Man in the Sky: Effectively Defending the Christian Faith”

And do Christians even have the courage to confront the hard questions about God’s existence? Carl Gallups does, and readers should be prepared for a gut-wrenching, exciting, and finally inspiring journey in his new blockbuster of Christian apologetics, “The Magic Man in the Sky.”
