Un-thug the Drain

The period of transition of power from one leadership to another rarely limits to a few days following the elections and can be legally and morally limbo-like for the country.

 “Politics” became an antonym of “integrity” ages ago, but there are national and international codes of ethics we must not give up on. Unfortunately for Bob Beckel -like gulag seekers, even black ops do not have “the right” to “illegally shoot” a whistleblower, no matter how unimportant a “simple pawn´s” life seems to wannabe super-humans…

Abuse of power impacting lives, health and potential of targeted “subjects” cannot be overlooked or treated as “collateral damage” because the nightmare will be back to haunt – if not us ,then our kids who have already inherited debts for which ex-administration should be liable here and now.

Purification saving us from political hell, cannot happen without testimonies; meanwhile VA whistleblowers won´t be willing to talk to remnants of “Mc administration”, no beneficiary of fiscal “bonus” has business in complaining to Koskinen, and those who know the extent of “allied” coercion abroad, will opt for “I will continue to resist by all means available” if approached by ex- Obama or even ex- Bill Clinton administration hogging the place in not so our embassies…

 We have military erudites who never give up, Veterans who never retire, editors and journalists who stood by freedom of speech; we have patriots from all walks of life who worked 24 h a day, free of charge to compensate for dereliction of duty of officials and institutions…Does the new government really need to recycle and hire Obama´s royal court´s remnants?

It´s fair to say that the new President has some unprecedented missions to accomplish and obstacles to conquer with no room for mistakes or “left-overs”. The end of political limbo won´t be unveiled with a ribbon cutting ceremony; Donald Trump has chains and hardened padlocks to cut, making sure that ex “dissidents“ are unharmed in the process and un-blacklisted.

The new administration has also a challenging task of empowering real, objective media serving the truth. Right now ex-compliance strategists are still trying to humor us with Chuck Schumer´s “clawing, scraping and fighting “, regularly gas us with toxic emissions from “Radioactive John” McCain. Instead news from the Leavenworth Ten we are getting “tough talk” of Lindsey (I- can´-t believe- it´s not- butter) Graham.

Whoever abused power has “resting in peace” for a motif and if given the time and opportunity will cling to control “by any means necessary”: sabotage, propaganda, foreign “alliances”, and clandestine operations – you name it…

 Turning political scene into quicksand benefits “the underground” in more ways than one: “friendly cooperation” resulting in scattering the “meddle-men” in institutions and diplomatic missions will drag down the new administration further down into the pit; witnesses stuck in financial and legal coercive mud will be neither willing nor able to stick their necks out for government which seems to leave them behind.

No matter if used against country´s leader or people who resisted being incorporated into the regime, the techniques such as wiretapping, smear campaigns, blacklisting, stalking, judicial and fiscal harassment do not fall within the domain of “political activity”. Such strategies are magnum opus of thugs.

Well, it looks like before to attempt to dry the swamp, the new administration will have to un-thug the drain.

If the peaceful switches are rarely “heavenly” and tend to involve shady anti-accountability agreements, a complex transition is usually a result of serious political “sins” on the part of ex-administration and a need for a national “purgatory”.

Skipping over this stage (no matter how difficult to endure) could send not the evil-doers, but our values and democracy –to hell.
