100 Holocaust Survivors Ask Cuomo to Stop Pro-Terror Linda Sarsour’s CUNY Speech

Dozens of Holocaust survivors have asked New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to put a stop to a planned speech by Linda Sarsour, a woman who openly advocates for sharia law — and who is anti-Jewish, pro-terror groups, to put it mildly.

Sarsour is due to speak at CUNY, at the Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, on June 1.

From the Eye Shiva World:

“What Linda Sarsour advocates for—boycotts against Jewish businesses in Israel and random acts of violence against the innocent—are no different than the things that we personally experienced,” the survivors wrote to the Governor. “This is a frightening reality that we hoped we would never see again. But what makes matters worse is to again see good people and respected institutions responding with indifference… Nothing good can come of Ms. Sarsour telling young people, with CUNY’s imprimatur, that violence against the innocent for any reason at all is acceptable or courageous.”

The 100 are hardly alone.

Pamela Geller is leading up an activist fight against Sarsour’s speech, and on May 25, is holding a protest in New York City with none other than Milo Yiannopoulos as a scheduled speaker.

Jerusalem Post editor Caroline Glick is due to deliver remarks as well, along with several other notables with direct information about Sarsour’s terror-tied ideologies.

“CUNY has invited a pro-terror, pro-shariia, antisemite to give the keynote commencement address. And they will not reconsider. Universities have disinvited Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Nonie Darwish, Ann Coulter, Milos, legions of conservative thinkers and voices in defense of freedom, but a vicious, pro-sharia, Jew hater they will defend to the death and that is it right there. They fear jihad. They fear Islamic supremacists. They know no harm with come to them if they smear, defame, libel or cancel us. They know we don’t destroy, maim, behead like Sarsour supporters and their violent running dogs on the left.”

And as Geller herself writes, in another Facebook post abour Sarsour’s background:

“The norming of evil. Such sanction is so malignant and so evil, it cannot be ignored. There is a responsibility for the time we are living in.”

And the responsibility?

Protest and put a halt to Sarsour’s presence.
