ISIS Jihadi Explains Las Vegas Attack is “Cultural Penetration” by ISIS

ISIS has taken credit for the Las Vegas mass murder. They do not take credit for events that are not theirs. The FBI has dismissed this motive out of hand. They have nothing else. Instead they are throwing out nutty motives – ie he took took an occasional Valium over the course of a couple of years. The whole of America has taken a couple of Valiums over the course of a couple of years. The FBI would prefer any nutty conspriacy theory over the obvious motive.

The FBI cannot be trusted on Islamic terror.

Why hasn’t one reporter asked the most obvious question. Do you know for a fact that Steven Paddock did not convert to Islam?

Jihadist Observes Las Vegas Attack as “Cultural Penetration” by IS, Gives Short Story “Inspired” by Media Accounts of Shooting

An Islamic State (IS) supporter gave his analysis of the Las Vegas attack, observing that it demonstrates a “cultural penetration” by the group through its indoctrinating an unlikely individual, and gave a short story “inspired” by media accounts of the shooting.

The jihadist “Abu Waqar al-Gharib,” who had posted similar analyses following the Orlando, Nice, and London attacks, posted his perspective on Las Vegas and his story on the Deep Web pro-IS forums Shumukh al-Islam and al-Minbar Jihadi Media on October 13, 2017.

He wrote that contrary to American culture influencing others, with its slogans of individual freedom, diversity, and achieving one’s dreams, a white American in his 60s adopted Islam and within six months carried out an attack “for the Caliphate”. Therein lies a major difference with prior IS-inspired and IS-directed attacks, to the point that law enforcement and the media have cast doubt on the group’s responsibility, despite their claiming it. Abu Waqar pointed to hypocrisy in this, noting that while people ascribe blame to the IS for an attack before it claims credit for it, these same people call the group liars after they took responsibility for Las Vegas.

He continued, exploring the aftermath of the attack, with the ongoing gun control debate in the U.S., and journalists expressing that jihadi operations have become normal in the West, while U.S. President Donald Trump continues to fight the Affordable Care Act.

Following his analysis, Abu Waqar presented a short story inspired by the incident, where he has the shooter, Stephen Paddock, being indoctrinated after listening to lectures by Anwar al-Awlaki and reading the translated writings of Sayyid Qutb, and then becoming motivated to attack after watching scenes of women and children killed by U.S. aircraft in Mosul. He wrote, for example:

At around 10 at night he pulled the trigger and sprayed the first round of bullets, and then the second, and he continued that until 11:09. He said, smiling after he thought of the images of American aircraft firing devastating rockets, “This is justified terror!”
