Dem Candidate for State Attorney General Mugged During Chicago Photoshoot

Single-party Chicago is unsafe even for the moonbats who rule it:

A candidate running for Illinois attorney general [Aaron Goldstein] was robbed at gunpoint while he was taking promotional photos for his campaign Thursday afternoon in the Northwest Side ward where he’s also the Democratic committeeman, according to his campaign manager and authorities. …

The gunman and two other men robbed Goldstein and four others of camera equipment and their cellphones before they ran away, the law enforcement source said.

Too bad they took the cameras. The incident could have produced publicity photos grittily portraying Goldstein as a true Chicagoan in his native environment.

As for the culprits,

Police described the three suspects as between 20 and 24 years old. They did not release a detailed description of the suspects.

That means black “teens,” unlikely ever to be apprehended.

Goldstein was a defense attorney for disgraced former Governor Rod Blagojevich. But there might be hope for him, if it is true that a Democrat is a Republican who hasn’t been mugged yet.
