Mo’Nique Screams “Racism” When She Isn’t Offered as Much as Other Blacks

Whatever you give a spoilt child, it will never be enough. The same goes for other privileged types. A Woman of Color calling herself “Mo’Nique” was given an Oscar, but now…

…she’s calling for a boycott of Netlix for gender bias and color bias. In a video posted to Instagram, the comedic actress says she was severely low balled by Netflix in an offer for a comedy special that would have paid Amy Schumer, Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock millions. But Mo’Nique says she was offered just $500,000.

Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock are sacred Persons of Color, but they are not women. Amy Schumer is more or less female, but she isn’t black. Therefore, if Mo’Nique (who I had never heard of before today) is paid less, it is not because she is less likely to draw an audience, but because of racism and sexism. College professors call this “intersectionality.”

This form of extortion — also known as mau-mauing — was pioneered by a Chicago hoodlum named Jesse Jackson. Jackson applied it to reward followers with jobs and, of course, for cold hard cash in the form of “donations.” But the tactic can be applied to acquire anything you might want, so long as you are lucky enough to be oppressed.
