Two definitions of Neocons. One is someone who was a lefty during the 1960s then got mugged by reality and became more conservative (me!). Bolton was always a conservative! The other definition of Neocon is someone who wants to get rid of dictators and then rebuild their countries into democracies. That is also not Bolton.

In maybe ten years we’ll have AGI, which is more like the human brain. The next step would be ASI, intelligence that is far beyond human abilities. Putin has begun research on AGI and China is even farther along. We’re not, says Glenn. Putin says “Whoever gets AGI first will rule the world.”
