Lawsuit Reveals How Democrats Are Getting Non-Citizens to Vote — and It’s Worse Than We Thought

More than 100,000 non-citizens were registered to vote in Pennsylvania this past election cycle, a new lawsuit indicates.

And plaintiffs are demanding state officials come clean and admit the extent of the problem — and explain. There have actually been legislative moves afoot to address the problem:

Apparently, it took a lawsuit to bring forth evidence of what President Donald Trump has been alleging for some time — and that’s chaos at the polls, fueled by the Democrats’ dream of registering as many illegals as possible to win voter loyalty.

The left and even many on the ideological right pooh-poohed the idea of shenanighans at the polls. But as this lawsuit is showing: It’s worse than thought.

Oh boy, remember that song by Brittany Spears, “Oops I Did it Again?” It’s a very appropriate song when it comes to the American progressive socialist political gang known as the Democrat Party. If there’s one very distinct result from the victory of Donald Trump it’s that we’re truly learning the level of abject corruption of the party of the jackass. If Hillary Clinton had won the election there’s no chance in Hades that we’d be having these open disclosures. And can you imagine if Clinton sat in the White House what would be the executive actions after the Stoneman Douglas shooting?

Here’s another scary example of the nefarious nature of the Democrat Party.

As reported by the Washington Times, “More than 100,000 noncitizens are registered to vote in Pennsylvania alone, according to testimony submitted Monday in a lawsuit demanding the state come clean about the extent of its problems.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, which has identified similar noncitizen voting problems in studies of Virginia and New Jersey, said Pennsylvania officials have admitted noncitizens have been registering and voting in the state “for decades.” But state officials have stonewalled PILF requests for access to the data that could expose the problem, the group says in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Harrisburg.

“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. He said Pennsylvania had already admitted to a “glitch” dating back to the 1990s that had allowed noncitizens applying to renew driver’s licenses to be offered the chance to register to vote. Mr. Adams said he now wants to find out how bad the problem is overall. Pennsylvania officials wouldn’t respond to the lawsuit, nor to the 100,000 noncitizen number.

“We’re not going to comment on anything related to litigation,” said Wanda Murren, director of communications and press at the Pennsylvania Department of State.

The 100,000 number cited in the lawsuit comes from testimony given by Philadelphia Commissioner Al Schmidt, who revealed the glitch in the state motor vehicle bureau’s systems that prompted noncitizens to register to vote.

Mr. Schmidt didn’t respond to an email seeking comment.

While Pennsylvania refused PILF record requests, the group did manage to obtain data from some counties, and found several curious cases.

One man, Felipe Rojas-Orta, canceled his registration last year, filing a handwritten note saying he was not a citizen. He had, however, registered as a Democrat and voted in three separate elections, including most recently 2016, the year of the presidential race.
A woman had her registration canceled in 2006 as a noncitizen, yet re-registered to vote twice — and cast ballots in some elections. That woman, a registered Democrat, is still active in the system, the lawsuit says.

Yet another woman voted in 2008 and 2012, had her registration canceled in 2014 because she wasn’t a citizen, then reregistered and voted in 2016, according to documents filed in court. She was registered as a Democrat.

The federal “motor-voter” law requires states to make voter registration available at motor vehicle bureaus, but also pushes states to try to keep their voter rolls clean. Under the law, private parties can sue to press states to perform the cleansing.”

I just wanted to get this out and known as widely as I possibly can. This is how the left is going about getting illegal immigrants registered to vote in America. Through the motor voter law, they’re allowing illegals to acquire drivers licenses, and then automatically registering them to vote. We see this happening in California. And in Chicago, Mayor Rahm Emanuel has come up with an “identification card” for “residents.” This card can be used as picture ID allowing illegal immigrants to vote in our elections. Here we thought that voting in our elections was restricted to citizens.

Leave it to the progressive socialist left to redefine that to “resident” or “driver.” We can no longer sit back and allow such egregious and lawless behavior and actions to go without consequences.

The left in America has fully exposed themselves and we must recognize them for who they are and thwart their actions. Consider the recent billboards being displayed in Pensacola, Florida that refer to the National Rifle Association as a terrorist organization. Yes, if you’re an American that supports the Second Amendment, to the left you’re a terrorist. And why should we be surprised? A constitutional conservative grassroots movement, the Tea Party, was denigrated as an extremist group. There’s never a mention by the progressive socialist left about Black Lives Matter or Antifa, both violent domestic terrorist organizations guilty of assault and conveying threats against law enforcement — and funded by George Soros.

We’re devolving into banana republic status, and it’s time these leftist elected officials are held accountable, and spend some time in orange…and I’m not talking about Tennessee Volunteers colors. What happened in Pennsylvania is certainly the tip of a widespread iceberg, and I know a thing about leftist electoral corruption and cheating. This is tyranny at its grandest, and it has to be squashed. This is why the left promotes sanctuary cities and states, especially. This is why the left doesn’t embrace the American ideal of national sovereignty. They thirst for power, and will attain it by any means necessary.

Today is primary election day in Texas, and if there’s a huge spike in Democrat voting, well, we’d best take a look at some things. The Commissioner of Elections in Pennsylvania has some explaining to do, and very fast. It’s a travesty that outside advocacy groups, like a Judicial Watch and others, are having to step up and be the guardians of the Republic. Then again, it will require massive citizen activism and engagement to stem the onslaught of the liberal progressive left in America.

Like I said, “Oops I Did it Again” — but when are we going to make it so very painful that it never happens again?
