John Kerry and his Iranian Deal for Obama, giving the regime pallets of cash to curve their nuclear program was equivalent to California’s Governor Jerry Brown’s “pay criminals not to shoot each other” funded in several California cities….a joke beyond reality !
President Trump can also see reality for what it is…the Iranian Deal was a joke.
Trump plans to modify and/or pull-out of the deal because the Iranian regime continues to make threats by placing nuclear warheads on ICBM missiles under development. While at the same time, Iran used tax payer’s money to fund Hamas.
Israel’s Netanyahooo presented a decade old collection of Mossad intelligence (retrieved) documents proving that Iran has maintained a secret nuclear program, which commonsense says, of course they would keep their technology hidden while sucking U.S. tax payers of billions of dollars TO FURTHER their nuclear program !
Now that Iran is threatening Israel, John Kerry secretly had a meeting with Iranian officials in hopes of WHAT??
Encourage Iran to make further threats in-order to make Trump look bad while saving John Kerry’s credibility?
Or…..did Kerry talk to Iranian officials to encourage peace? I wouldn’t place money on that !
In any event, John Kerry has violated the “Logan Act” and should be adjudicated accordingly. His actions were likely on behalf of Obama (to protect his own legacy) as the Communist / Muslim enemy of the United States, and enemy of President Trump…another “Deep State” attempt to destroy America.

Kerry is quietly seeking to salvage Iran deal he helped craft
WASHINGTON — John Kerry’s bid to save one of his most significant accomplishments as secretary of state took him to New York on a Sunday afternoon two weeks ago, where, more than a year after he left office, he engaged in some unusual shadow diplomacy with a top-ranking Iranian official.
He sat down at the United Nations with Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to discuss ways of preserving the pact limiting Iran’s nuclear weapons program. It was the second time in about two months that the two had met to strategize over salvaging a deal they spent years negotiating during the Obama administration, according to a person briefed on the meetings.
With the Iran deal facing its gravest threat since it was signed in 2015, Kerry has been on an aggressive yet stealthy mission to preserve it, using his deep lists of contacts gleaned during his time as the top US diplomat to try to apply pressure on the Trump administration from the outside. President Trump, who has consistently criticized the pact and campaigned in 2016 on scuttling it, faces a May 12 deadline to decide whether to continue abiding by its terms.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.
Kerry has violated the Logan Act. Iran STILL holds the US Embassy hostage. That is an act of war. The US has no diplomatic relations with Iran…..and has no embassy in that country.
So did Obama, they both did commit treason.
