ACLU Proclaims That Men Give Birth

In George Orwell’s 1984, the three core slogans of the Ingsoc Party were War Is Peace/Freedom Is Slavery/Ignorance Is Strength. The totalitarian dystopia that is actually coming into being has similar slogans, still more jarring in their depraved rejection of reality:

You may argue that in some contrived intellectual sense, freedom is slavery. But no one can argue that men have periods or get pregnant, because this not a matter of point of view, but rather objective fact. If someone tells you that men have periods, it is safe to assume that anything else they have to say is a preposterous lie.

But the social engineers don’t have to be reasonable, because they aren’t asking you to believe them. They are demanding it.

Anyone who does not humbly comply with their patently absurd dictates will be denounced as a bigot. Anyone who does comply, has joined them. Using feminine pronouns to refer to freaks like Bruce Jenner is the liberal equivalent of reciting the shahada and thereby becoming a Muslim.

If you don’t recite the shahada, out comes the scimitar and off comes your head.

In the end, leftism has one goal: coercive power, or as Orwell put it, “a boot stamping on a human face — forever.”

The ACLU’s involvement in gender identity politics means the coercion will become more explicit, enforced by courts and therefore by the police, rather than by social ostracization. Soft tyranny is giving way to hard.

Orwell fans who understand why it was so important to force Winston Smith to believe that 2 + 2 = 5 know exactly what the ACLU is trying to accomplish by demanding we believe in men who have babies.
