Released college records prove that Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro) had received a Fullbright Scholarship, which only foreigners can receive. BINGO! That’s why Obama has spent millions of dollars keeping his secret records from the general public. The man is not even a U.S. citizen! So, why is he the POTUS? This travesty must be fixed soon!
This revelation explains why Obama does not want to release his passports, the records of which has been rumored to have been removed from the public record. This explains why Obama has an illegal Connecticut social security number. This corroborates the Indonesian school record that states that Obama was a Muslim (he still is). This explains why Obama’s name was removed from his mother’s passport. Obama is a fraud and a usurper to the presidency. He should be removed from office and kept from running for re-election. You are correct that U.S. citizens can obtain Fullbright scholarships; however, they must currently reside in the Continental United States (CONUS) and are leaving the country to attend a university in a foreign country.

When Barack Obama moved to Indonesia, he had to become an Indonesian citizen to attend school there. On his enrollment card, he was listed as an Indonesian citizen and a Muslim.
When he returned to Hawaii to live with his grandparents, he did not apply for U.S. citizenship. That is why when he applied for a Fullbright Scholarship, he applied as an Indonesian citizen to attend school on the U.S. mainland. Hence, he received a Fullbright Scholarship to attend Occidental College in California or Columbia University.
If he had applied for a Fullbright Scholarship as a U.S. citizen, he would have to go to a foreign university. As U.S. citizens, Fullbright Scholarship winners cannot attend U.S. universities. Therefore, you are correct to say that “U.S. citizens can get Fullbright scholarships.” However, to attend a U.S. university, Barry Soetoro had to apply as a foreign student, which is what he did.
Hence, he either truly was an Indonesian citizen, or he defrauded the Fullbright Scholarship organization by saying he was an Indonesian citizen but was actually a U.S. citizen instead. Take your pick. Either one, Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro loses.
