Esteban J. Smith’s Eden, Texas Rampage – Unconventional Warfare on the NRA Types?

Early Sunday morning, another mass casualty event has taken place which would appear to be rather suspicious. A suspect from the base housing the marine’s version of Special Operations Command (unconventional warfare) set out in the dead of morning when hardly anyone would be on the streets to run a bloody rampage between two neighboring cities he apparently had no business in, a thousand miles from home. He was killed of course and his arsenal included piles of ammo and of course… an assault rifle.

Let’s see:

• ties to military (even unconventional warfare ops)
• no apparent motive
• random mass casualty event
• assault rifle
• suspect dead so no trial or public investigation to speak of

Sound familiar?

Esteban J. Smith is reported to have started shooting random people from his truck in Eden, Texas around 4:30 am Sunday. He shot one random woman there and then proceeded to go to Brady, Texas where he reportedly shot a couple then headed back to Eden where he wounded another victim at around 5:30. Brady is about 20 miles from Eden.

“Camp Lejeune officials would not confirm the suspect’s name. However, spokesman Master Sgt. J.D. Cress said in an emailed statement that authorities were investigating a possible connection between the Texas shooting and a homicide in Jacksonville, N.C., near the Marine base. He also confirmed that the Texas shooting suspect was an active duty Marine.” AP

According to the story, local police in Eden responded to a report of gunfire to find yet another victim at 6 am, this one the only fatality, a woman, in her car, dead on arrival.

Fifteen minutes later they run across Esteban J. Smith on the highway where they exchange gunfire with a cop being wounded and eventually the state troopers get involved and Esteban is killed in the ensuing shoot-out.

Later they happen to discover the body of a woman back in North Carolina where he is from and they say he did that as well.

Random violence, early Sunday morning, in Eden of all places. Why would someone choose 4:30am on a Sunday morning for their big finish? Hardly anyone on the streets and Eden is not what you would call a city that never sleeps. Especially Sunday morning.

It’s almost as if someone wanted all those church-goin Texas NRA members talking about this in the pews.

So why was Smith in Texas?

It’s reported that his truck contained the requisite assault rifle and a handgun and piles of ammo, all aspects similar to the other suspected American Gladio operations.

He’s also military. Esteban J. Smith is from the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, an active duty Marine.

Also stationed at Camp Lejeune happens to be Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command  and Marine Special Operations Regiment. Both deal with counter-terrorism, information operations, and unconventional warfare.

Unconventional warfare consists of things like running destabilization campaigns inside countries where we have determined the Global War on Terror is being fought. The two British soldiers caught in Iraq dressed like Arabs and running around killing people were an example of a special operations type op. But they teach indigenous people to plant car bombs and kill politicians and various other noble tricks. Been doing it for a very long time from what I understand.

As many of you know, the NDAA 2012 (signed Dec. 31st, 2011) authorized the U.S. military to consider the entire world the battle field in the GWOT including the United States which effectively authorized special operations here in America.
