(Before It's News)

by Scott Creighton (H/T Penny for Your Thoughts)

If you’ve never heard President Bashar al-Assad speak and have only learned what you know about him from the complicit press, it will be understandable if you are disappointed that he doesn’t have goat eyes and constantly rant about the need to bomb the babies with his famous barrels. Imagine if we had a president who could do an entire unscripted interview in Arabic. Or Russian for example. Imagine that.

He’s also extremely intelligent when it comes to current events in the world. He describes to the interviewer how it is arguable that we are already involved in WWIII with just different means by which it is being waged. He says part of it is military, part is terrorism and part is political (meaning color revolution regime change operations)

At one point he talks about how the US demands client states and any country that doesn’t always say “yes” to our “national interests” is a problem.

When talking about the conflict in his country between Russia and the US he says it revolves around their approach to terrorism. He says Russia wants to crush it and the US wishes to use it like a card to play when they want to.

Very perceptive for a monster, now isn’t he?
