Unwrap This!

It’s that time of year again….gift giving season. Emails with coupons are being printed out, check out lines are wrapped around buildings, and people are applying for credit cards like crazy. While we try to remember the real reason for the season (the birth of Jesus and love for each other), it’s difficult not to get caught up in the material side of things. It’s also difficult to not get caught up in shopping for ourselves while we shop for our loved ones. Many people know that I love music. I’ve found myself putting a CD or 2 in the basket while I was shopping for someone, distracted from my real purpose. While it may not be the best idea to throw a gift for yourself in the basket for every 3 you buy for others, there are certain gifts you should always spoil yourself with. How about unwrapping yourself this holiday season?

I know it may sound crazy, but in the hustle and bustle of taking care of everyone else we sometimes tend to put our own gifts on the back burner. It may be a restaurant you’ve been talking about opening.
