Google Protects Its Sacred Cows

It behooves anyone who wishes to criticize the infamous 10 page Google memo that caused the firing of James Damore to actually read all 10 pages before coming to the predictable, knee-jerk, Lib/Tard conclusions proffered on the web. The memo is not “sexist” or “racist” or “homophobic.” It simply dares ask the questions that any rational person would want to ask and have answered.

Damore does not adviocatr against the sacerd cows of “Divesity” or “Inclusion.”  Insead, he asks why “divesity” in the Google work place simply means a different skin color rather than a difference in philosophical outlook.  And then he dares to ask why standards are lowerred adn exceptions mdde for people of “color” rather than treating all employees equally.  Are these practices not the very definition of racism?

As for the inconvenient truth that Google pays its male employees more for the same work than females despite their protestations to the contrary, that would be a relatively easy call disprove, but Google cannot, because it is inherently sexist, like UBER. So Google’s response, to “prove” how open-minded and tolerant they are of different opinions and viewpoints in their workplace is to FIRE the person who dared try to improve the internal culture of their corporation.   Even if Damore is dead wrong, should he not have the right to politely question the implied assumptions Google and other SillyCon Vally tech giants operate under, to wit: that different skin color (rather than different mind sets and life experiences) equates to different philosophical perspectives and values?

Just as there are only twobinary sexes on a chromosomal level, those sexes just may have inherently different talents, abilities, feelings,emotions, virtues, attributes and characteristics.  Apparently, Google covertly thinks so, or they would not pay men andwomen unequally for the same work, would they?

So now, after Google has killed the messenger, who will dare read the message at Google Corporate? And isn’t the fact that numerous co-workers backed Damore’s very polite examination of Google’s corporate culture and yet areafraid to openly state or even discuss the issues raised in Damore’s memo for fear of being virtue shamed, or fired, PROVE that everything James Damore said about Google in his memo is TRUE?
