Opioid Epidemic: Brought To You by Your U.S. Congress

When you realize that your U.S. Senators and House of Representatives members commit incredible atrocities—it’s little wonder that Congress boasts a 17 percent approval rating. They support and vote for 10 to 17 year long, useless wars in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq. They kill our finest soldiers and/or bring them back without arms or legs—all for banker’s pocket books. Has anything been accomplished in Iraq or Afghanistan in the past 17 years? Answer: absolutely nothing but death and destruction.

Our Congressional critters voted us into $20 trillion debt while they gave China “free trade” options that placed our own workers into unemployment lives—while we buy endless junk from China. The Chinese became rich while we owe them $1.4 trillion from unbalanced trade brought to us by our U.S. Congress.

Congress allows 350,000 illegal alien women to drop their babies on U.S. soil annually, and then, gives the children bogus birthright citizenship, food stamps, free education and housing, but Congress never moves to stop the practice. Your Congressional critters, whether democrats or republicans, refuse to secure our borders, but they do everything in their power to keep illegals crossing our borders to provide cheap labor for corporations that forces our workers into unemployment lines.

Those same reps in Congress import millions of poor immigrants to put them on welfare, but won’t solve our inner city ghetto school problems, illiteracy rates, 7 out of 10 African-Americans born out of wedlock, while living in poverty and enduring drug gangs.

But they will import tens of thousands of Syrian refugees that we pay for with our taxes. Somaliland in Minneapolis, MN, Dearborn, MI, Miami, FL and Los Angeles, CA have become foreign countries.

While their corruption runs deep and wide, from Charles Schumer in New York to Diane Feinstein in California to John McCain in Arizona to Nancy Pelosi or the incomparable Maxine Waters—this latest treachery takes the cake. Your Congressional critters passed laws to destroy the DEA’s ability to stop opioid distribution across the country, according to “60 Minutes” October 15, 2017.

While 200,000 people died from prescribed opioid overdoses in the past 10 years, your reps facilitated the big pharma companies to enjoy massive distribution systems to kill your kids–legally.

“People are dying,” said Joe Rannazzisi, DEA boss to Bill Whittaker of 60 Minutes. “People are dying by the thousands.”

Never mind that 100,000 Americans die every year from prescribed drugs, but let hundreds thousands of Americans become addicts to oxyconton and other addictive drugs.

“In April 2016, at the height of the deadliest drug epidemic in U.S. history, Congress effectively stripped the Drug Enforcement Administration of its most potent weapon against large drug companies suspected of spilling prescription narcotics onto the nation’s streets,” says the article by Scott Higham and Lenny Bernstein. “A handful of members of Congress, allied with the nation’s major drug distributors, prevailed upon the DEA and the Justice Department to agree to a more industry-friendly law, undermining efforts to stanch the flow of pain pills…”

In the end, we face Mexico sending $50 billion in drugs across our unprotected borders annually. Then, we face our own drug companies distributing addictive drugs to our citizens and youth.

3. Tom Marino of Pennsylvania and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee introduced a bill to strip the DEA of their abilities pursue drug companies. Who bought off Congress? Big pharmaceutical companies!

Their names: Cardinal Health, McKesson and AmeriSource-Bergen with billions of dollars to bribe men and women like Congressman Tom Marino and Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn and the rest of Congress.

What does all this subterfuge mean? Answer: career, corrupt, criminal senators and House reps that work against the American people. Whether it’s endless wars, endless drugs screaming across our borders or pharmaceutical companies distributing opioids to kill our unsuspecting youth and adults—your Congressional reps work against you. The drug companies buy off your reps in Congress; plain and simple.

That alone gives credence for term limits for the U.S. Senate and House. Once they stay in Congress for more than 10 years, they become a brotherhood of criminals. Because of their endless Congressional careers, as you look across the American landscape, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, drug cartels, anchor babies, endless refugees, illegal migrants, and continued growth of our $20 trillion debt—those elected officials threaten to destroy the foundation of our Constitutional Republic.

Who killed 200,000 Americans with opioid addiction? Answer: those three pharmaceutical companies and the people in our U.S. Congress they bribed to keep their deadly pills on the market.
