Good news, bad news on fracked-gas pipelines

The Mountain Valley Pipeline was hit with a major fine by Virginia, and an order to stop construction from a federal court. The Atlantic Coast Pipeline, meanwhile, will get a hearing before the U.S. Supreme Court.
