HPI El Dorado Hills Strike Force

INITIAL REPORT
Date to be there: July 3, 2013 Wed Time to be there: 7:30pm // Location to be at: El Dorado Hills, CA / Case Manager Staci Butler says: “My friend Rosie works at a haunted location. Her co-worker and herself have seen a man as shadow form, and as a full-body apparition who seemed to be holding a body in his arms. He is moving things on people’s desks like pens, opens and closes doors, and turned on the water and left it on. Basically they just want answers and maybe a cleaning, they are worries the activity will escalate if they don’t do something.”

HPI Paranormal Intelligence Operatives Present: Paul Dale Roberts – HPI Owner; Brent George; Jon Koyasako – Lead Investigator and Security; Kara Koyasako – Lead Investigator – Spiritual Songstress; Wendy Maxam – Videographer; Nina Lutz – Reiki Cleanser; Larry Baty – Technician. 

Employees/New HPI Scouts: Rose Olsen; Lisa Herrera; Lisa Herrera Hogan; Jennifer Hahn; Penny Kaiser. 

The lead investigators are Jon and Kara. Kara leads Team Casper. Jon leads Team Dorado. On Kara’s team are Rose, Lisa Hogan, Penny and Larry. Jon has Lisa Herrera, Jennifer, Brent and Nina. We have many areas to cover, this doctor’s office is huge.

The employees talk about their experiences in their own words below:

Lisa Herrera:
“The very first experience were the instruments that were hitting the floor, I called out doctor are you here?? No response. I walked back to the procedure room and saw no one was present, I again said is there anyone there? Then I proceeded to the doctor’s office and started writing on his calendar and again heard the noise. Hearing instruments hitting the floor and the sound of keys hitting the floor. Again I said is that you doctor? I immediately ran from his office down the hall and stopped, because I heard kid’s voices laughing as if they were playing somewhere in the office. I immediately ran to my office and gathered my things, then I ran out the door, I went around the entire complex not a car or person in sight. Came back in and called my IT person whom I was waiting for, I told him we would meet another time because I was afraid.

Something Frightens Lisa Herrera Hogan

The next time I was in the procedure room rebooting the computers and had a tap on my shoulder and my name being called out. An employee was standing right next to me and asked if I heard that and who was calling me. The employee went in the other room to see who had called Lisa and none of the employees had been calling Lisa’s name or needed her at that time. That particular employee said she heard my name being called out many times while she was in the procedure room by herself. Eventually she began hearing her name called too. 

I had sent the staff home and a patient had arrived at the door. Seeing him on the monitors I didn’t answer the door. I then saw someone in the hallway at the back door on the back camera monitor. It looked like a man carrying another person. I ran just before the back door, but stopped and decided….’what am I doing?’ I am by myself. So I grabbed my things and left. I went home and got my husband and came back later.”

Penny Kaiser:
“My first encounter was when we were all at work at our desks. I was typing when I heard Lisa call my name loudly “Penny” I turned to Michelle and asked her if that was Lisa calling me. She said no. Lisa is on the phone. I went in Lisa’s office and asked if she had called me she said no. The hair on the back of my neck stood up. I always hear someone calling my name. Sometimes whispers in my ear and sometimes the whispers are loud. 

I came to work one morning and knocked on the back door for Lisa to let me in. I stood there for about 5 minutes when I saw the blinds go back and forth. I waited another five minutes and then Lisa came to let me in. I asked her if she came by the door and touched the blinds. She said no she was in her office the whole time without systems tech in Rhode Island. 

Another day I was standing by the employee bathroom talking to Lisa when I heard the doctor come in and called Lisa. She walked back there and he was not there. I said he was having a conversation with someone like he was on the phone but he was not even in the office. 

Another time I was in Lisa’s office we were talking when I asked her if the back door was unlocked yet. She said no. Then I heard one of the employees named Michelle back at her locker talking and putting things in her locker. I walked over there with Lisa and there was no one there. Later on when Michelle came in I asked her if she came in earlier she said no.”

Jennifer Hahn:
“After working at this company for about 4 months, I was on my lunch break and my boss Lisa called me into her office to look at her security camera, In the hallway in which I walked about a 100 times a day was a man’s body . As soon as I let out a loud gasp, he disappeared off the camera.”

On a daily basis I hear people say my name and when I respond with…… who was calling for me, everybody says NO.

After doing an injection in the procedure room with the doctor, my office manager approached me and asked if the patient was screaming, and every time the patient was completely silent. This happens almost on a daily basis.

One morning I was walking into the procedure room to open for the day and all of the chairs were in a circle in the middle of the room and the face pillow was backwards, the X-ray protection shields were all out of place. 

I have turned on the procedure room computer and all of the icons are swapped from the right screen to the left.

Rose Olsen:
I was in procedure room with a patient and heard as though somebody was pushing a cart of some sort with wheels and there was a shadow when I looked through the door. I came out and asked if anybody was in the hallway and everybody said no. 

Lisa Herrera Hogan:
I have not had any experiences in the facility but I have had many paranormal experiences. Like for instance my family moved to Shingle Springs and the very next day NO one was home and I walked in the door and saw a man sitting in a chair ( who resembled Abraham Lincoln) starring straight at me!!!! I blinked and he was gone.
However my paranormal experiences did not end there! I had so many nights that I would come home and hear noises like people running and slamming doors.

Paul Hears a Tapping

FIRST INVESTIGATIVE EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
Nina Lutz is capturing many orbs. In the haunted Room 5, she captured an orb that looks like it’s laying on the bed. On the monitors the videos are capturing extreme moving orb activity. All kinds of EVPs were captured. 1. EVP of a man saying ‘hah!’ 2. Whispering female voice EVP. 3. Growling EVP. 4. Baby crying EVP. Many orbs are being captured. Many investigators heard the sound of tapping on the window doors. I heard the pitter patter of tiny feet in the back storage area, where I captured some unusual orb activity. The scanner came on by itself. I learned that there is a strange smudge on the window. The employees have tried many times to get the smudge off and when you take a picture of the window, it looks like an alien gray is looking back at you. It’s the weirdest smudge on a window I have ever seen. 

SECOND INVESTIGATIVE EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
A bit of flashlight communication. More orbs captured in photographs and some whispering sounding EVPs. Possible door moving on its own or could be the trick of the eyes. With the EVPs that we gathered on the first round, I do believe there is something going on. The most startling thing was hearing the tapping sound on the window. Many investigators witnessed the tapping sounds. We have no explanation on why there was tapping sounds on the window and it lasted for 7 minutes.

Special Note: I conducted a Catholic blessing of this establishment. I hope that the employees will not experience any more paranormal phenomenon.
