Do Alien Children Dream Of Normal Sheep?

Four years ago, British scientists announced the need to prepare for emergency meeting with an extra-terrestrial civilization and even suggested the foundation of a special committee at the UN. Since that time, there has been a piecemeal attempt at disclosing the reality of extra-terrestrial biological entities.

Every time we check in with all affairs in space, we are either talking about advanced weaponry, preparedness for any particular near earth object that wants to bump us and the various robotic forays into space that seem to send the vibe that we have either made contact or will eventually prove that there is intelligent life beyond earth.

You cannot deny the fact that a telescope used by the Catholic church, or a mining bill for some mining operation on Mars, or even money given to SETI has an alien searching component attached.

What if all this time, we have been spending all of our science funding for searching the cosmos for extra-terrestrial life, only to find our worst fears have been confirmed.

That of life on any planet nearby is impossible because of the elements are against the possibility and that even though science makes the hypotheses that life exist on planets far away – they have reason to believe that the aliens have settled on this planet and that an enormous witch hunt has to be carried out in order to out those among us who are either a hybrid or not of this earth.

Science has been telling us that our planet became this potential breeding ground of life for about 4.5 billion years but we also need to keep in mind that that for 600 million years a steady bombardment of primordial debris made the surface uninhabitable.

All of the debris and chaos we are told in bible class was organized by intelligent design and that an all knowing God. This god of course was not of earth, since Earth really wasn’t anything really –as we say without form and void. It was dark and formidable and with a bit of cosmic engineering taking about 50 million years life showed up and if you believe Darwin, we evolved from bacteria, to sea slugs to snails, to apes to shaved apes to computer geeks and obsessive social media junkies.

Species on this planet vary wildly, but on a molecular level we are all part of a one big family of earthlings. Both beast and human we share so many things.
We all use DNA to encode genetic information. We all use RNA molecules as messengers to transfer the information from DNA to cellular factories called ribosomes, which then build proteins, which in turn drive our metabolisms and form the structures of our cells. In short, every species seems descended from a common ancestor whose attributes define what life is.

This of course generates stories of the molecular Adam and Eve and gardens of paradise where man not only walked the planet, but creatures not normally of this world also had an agenda to somehow thwart the creation in order to change man into becoming more like an alien.

If anyone discusses a quantum component to the creation story it sometimes can be held off as some cosmic blasphemy and often tampers with the majority of those who say that they do not believe that this is life as we know it.

But what about life as we don’t know it? What if other, completely distinct forms of biology also took root on the early Earth?

After all, the swiftness with which life appeared might mean that it could easily do so anytime, anywhere the conditions are right. If so, maybe life arose more than once at different locations on the early Earth.

Those other organisms might have their own biochemistry and a separate evolutionary history. They might not even use DNA—they could be, in essence, alien beings that just happened to emerge on the same planet. Which leads to the big question:

What if one (or more) of those alternative forms of life is still around?

What if aliens are among us and that they have been for hundreds or thousands of years?

it is a strong natural urge for mankind to seek out our past and what spawned life, it also appears to be a strong natural urge to find out if he is alone in the universe or if he shares a common component with an alien life form somewhere out in space, or somewhere here on planet Earth, where we take for granted that everyone who appears to be human really is human.

A scientific study has revealed that the DNA make up of octopuses is nothing like any other living being on the planet Earth, hinting that they are more alien than Earthly.

Octopuses are present in all of the Earth’s oceans, and have shown a great sustainability among the other aquatic life that share the seas. Their large brains and ability to solve complex problems with little observation have mystified researchers for years, coercing wonder of their true intelligence and cognitive abilities. The reveal of their DNA has researchers wondering more about the tentacled creatures, their origins, and why they are unlike any other animals on the planet.

It was found that the genome of the cephalopod mollusc, according to the Huffington post, is quite complex. Over 33,000 protein-coding genomes were discovered during recent research. In comparison, humans have approximate 20,000. Although the information is intriguing and will lead to further research, the findings have created more questions than answers.

Dr. Clifton Ragsdale of the University of Chicago, according to Metro U.K., describes the findings more alien than Earthbound.

“The octopus appears to be utterly different from all other animals, even other molluscs, with its eight prehensile arms, its large brain and its clever problem-solving abilities.”

He continued to build off of Martin Wells, a zoologist, claiming that octopuses are aliens, in all sense of the word.

“The late British zoologist Martin Wells, Grandson of H.G. Wells said the octopus is an alien. In this sense, then, our paper describes the first sequenced genome from an alien.”

The mystery surrounding octopuses and their existence on Earth is now more complicated than before. Adding to the unique genome sequencing that removes it from the evolutionary connection between so many other of the planet’s life. Octopuses have the ability to camouflage their skin, the use of jet propulsion to move through the water, eight tentacles that are suction lined and capable of intricate manipulation of objects, and most oddly, the ability to regenerate limbs that may have been devoured by other animals.

Of course there are plenty of cynical scientific critics that say that the study has been misinterpreted and that the scientists involved with the research were really just using a clever metaphor to highlight the unique complexity of the octopus genome. It seems that the biggest problem with these critics is that they are saying that people now believe octopuses are from other planets.

No, the scientists are saying they are alien in a sense that they are possible second genesis creatures—sometimes I think the cynical science majors need to get over themselves.

Looking for alternative life on Earth is potentially a much cheaper and simpler way to ask the same big questions that exo-and astro-biologists would like to answer by searching for life elsewhere in the solar system or beyond it.

This brings us full circle to the announcement that we should prepare ourselves for the eventual disclosure of extra-terrestrial biological entities out there or those who have been able to adapt to the human lifestyle down here.

In Arthur C. Clarke’s ‘Childhood’s End,’ the alien Overlord Karellen tells the humans that they serve a vast force in the universe called the Overmind or the cosmic hive mind that we learn is used by the aliens to change human culture and identity to accept the alien arrival.

The aliens have similar traits as the ancient watchers only that they are more visible with huge flying saucers positioning themselves over major cities.

However, the idea of a more stealth attempt at changing the culture and identity of man could be used as an effective method for invasion or infiltration. We can compare it to possibly drugging the earth or lolling it into a false sense of security before the aliens leave no doubt that they are among us.

There are other ways to change culture and cultural identity in order to get humans to accept the aliens.

Movies, books and television shows have given us simulated situations where aliens live among us and how the disclosure of these beings changes the way we see the world and how an alien occupation could very well be a volatile situation as humans have a tough tome dealing with other humans.

In ‘Childhood’s End’, which could be considered the hypothetical blueprint for alien invasion, there would first be a schism created by the aliens where identity and cultural attitudes become confused. This would be the first indications that the Overmind has taken hold of the spirit of the planet and could very well change the way the planet would be governed.

The Overmind in a sense would have to first be imposed on the various governments of the world and that there would have to be world representatives and protocols to welcome and eventually acknowledge such beings.

In 2010 the UN’s director for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), Mazlan Othman, said that “statistically, extraterrestrial life is a possibility.” Othman referenced that scientists are finding more and more Earth like planets in “habitable zones” that most likely facilitate life. She believes that the world must “come together to lay out a plan” for dealing with discovery of alien life.

Othman also asserts that the UN should be the sole direct contact and governing body in charge if and when the aliens arrive on Earth. As the appointed international body on Earth, the UN would formulate laws and guidelines on how to expedite peace with the aliens.

While UNOOSA denies that Othman is the official ambassador for Earth in future alien contact, the Royal Society published papers of a meeting that showed Othman participating in an expert panel discussion about alien life, contact, and even possible contamination here on Earth from extra-terrestrials.

Scientists for the Royal Society published papers referencing all aspects of alien existence, surmising that this issue must be addressed as a serious possibility within scientific and governmental circles.

It is also interesting to note that the United Nations Children’s Fund or UNICEF has launched a worldwide campaign about diversity. The ads were aired in various parts of the world but the debut of the public service add happened in Chile.

UNICEF Chile’s Facebook has the public service spot on its front page and features a young alien hybrid boy being introduced as the “new kid” in school. The alien hybrid child appears to be green with a speckled forehead and vary large eyes like something out of a Margaret Keane painting.

He is dressed like a human, but of course the human kids look at him with fear and disgust. He is teased, made fun of, bullied and the poor boy stares up at the ceiling of his room wondering if he will ever fit in. Eventually the students learn to adapt and befriend the young alien boy.

The ad is creepy and also genius in many ways.

It reminded me of the ads that were seen everywhere for the MARVEL comic “Secret invasion” where a more political simulation was projected in ads where a human hand grasps an alien hand in fellowship and the slogan “Embrace Change” was seen everywhere. At first no one knew what the ads were for and of course there was a rumor going around that not only was it a viral marketing campaign but also predictive programming for the forthcoming disclosure of aliens among us.

The UNICEF Chile alien ad has also been believed to be a “propaganda ad” for the acceptance of immigration.

Before anyone writes off the idea that the UNICEF ad is clever for embracing immigrants, it is important to note that the ad release comes only a few weeks after an emergency press conference was held with NASA and SETI to discuss the discovery of another Earth-like world called Kepler 452B.

The Kepler mission discovered an earth-like world called Kepler 452b. At a distance of 1,400 light-years away, Kepler 452b accompanies a star whose characteristics are very similar to our Sun: 4% more massive and 10% brighter.

Kepler 452b orbits its star at the same distance as the Earth orbits the Sun.

Scientists have said that there is extraordinary potential for a breathable atmosphere, water and essential components for life. The notion of another earth-like world brings up the very important unanswered question, if there is life in space and what does this discovery mean for humanity, consciousness, and our evolving world-view?

What this public service ad has accomplished is to strike up conversations about how we would accept an alien life form among us. It’s obvious these conversations need to take place. Regardless of how soon we will interact with other intelligent life in the universe.

It is sad to think we will welcome them the same as we’ve always welcomed those who are different. Some will wish to learn from them, while others will merely fill in their ignorance with stereotypes and bigotry.

Whatever the case may be, the event will certainly be monumental.
