The Children Of Indian Lake

THE CHILDREN OF INDIAN LAKE

It is often known that the Ground Zero show pushes the boundaries of what talk radio is said to be. There has always been the notion, we break the rules and some say we get so close to the fire, the heat can be felt and one hopes that we never get burned.

We have been notified a few times by a few alphabet agencies about some of our content and that we may have stepped over an invisible line. Moreover, subjects we talk about can sometimes be flagged and dealt with in a manner that can be jarring to the spirit and intent of the program.

Just this morning, I was notified that we received a Denial of Service attack on our main website and consequently, some of the podcasts sites we broadcast on did not load the show from last night. It many have angered too many people and it certainly would be a political upset in many ways if anyone were to question the mental health of our leaders.

As a matter of fact, we were curious if perhaps the caller who mentioned that our president was a mind controlled Manchurian Candidate may have rang a few bells. So, without giving up our secrets and our deepest anxieties, we shall leave that thought and pursue another matter which also has a link to possible mind control abuses.

We have spoken before about government intelligence-run mind control operations and their histories. What was once considered conspiracy theory has now been proven to be a reality. We now know through the pipeline of “Project Paperclip” Nazi scientists that they were able to come to the United States to continue their mind control experiments they once did in secret facilities throughout Germany.

Substantial and virtually indisputable evidence of direct links between certain military agencies and a number of mind control operations have already been well-documented by other writers and researchers.

New evidence of these operations continue to be uncovered and many of these stories when investigated are forced into a point of dead ends by design and those who know about new information are silenced or wind up missing.

The stories linger, however, and while much of the information in these stories check out, there are pieces of the puzzle that are missing or non-existent and so some investigations are placed in the category of fiction.

One particular story fitting this criteria, is the story of the Indian Lake Project.

I have debated for a while whether or not I should speak of this subject because for some reason, those who expose it end up getting told to back off. It is then that the story is somehow relegated to the bottom rung of urban legend.

Urban legends are always frustrating to me because no matter how many times you hear them, you want to stop the storyteller and tell them the story is a legend and there is no fact to back it up. I realize now there is no harm in these stories and people can believe in Kentucky fried rat or an exploding cactus loaded with spiders or hookers that take your kidneys while you sleep if they so choose.

There are some urban legends that when told over and over again, seem to take on a life all their own. They can eventually show up in our reality and it is at that moment, we bear witness to a causal manifestation.

When a group of people find themselves in the same mind set and while in the hive mind create a tangible entity, that entity is known as an Egregore.

In an occult or magical context, an Egregore is the general imprint that encircles a group entity. It is the summary of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies generated by two or more people vibrating together towards the same goal; being a sub-product of our personal and collective creative process as co-creators of our reality.

An Egregore has developed to the point of attaining an independent existence as an entity itself or as an intentionally created entity, such as a servitor, having grown in power well beyond its original design.

Urban legends have become part and parcel of everyday life in America. The stories are familiar—tales of food, travel, crime, romance, sex, shopping, technology, scientific discovery, pets and the like—yet many Americans often fail to recognize the legends and their various permutations as they exchange them in electronic mail, debate them over dinner, or watch them being played out in movies.

However, the story of the Indian Lake Project has taken on a life all its own and has managed to grow into a story that will not abate anytime soon. Bear in mind, the story has many parts and since what information I have is limited – I hope that a dialogue can be started and perhaps we can put a crack in the mass media’s wall of silence and cover up regarding mind control projects in general and electronic mind control in particular.

The first part of the story sounds like an urban myth and perhaps has been purposefully delivered that way in order to downplay the importance of what allegedly happened at Indian Lake.

A scratched up metal box was discovered by a hiker in a wooded area around Indian Lake in upstate New York on July 9, 1997. Apparently a hiker tripped over an exposed edge which had worked its way free from the ground.

The box looked as if it had been buried for some time.

There were three different shapes on the lid of the box. There was an upside down triangle and two circles. The box had no lock and so the hiker opened it up and found there were twenty-one water damaged photographs, three reels of 8mm film and an assortment of what looked like official government documents. The photographs were of children, and the documents indicated that these children had been part of a government-run experiment between the years of 1952 and 1955. The experiment was known as The Indian Lake Project.

The hiker died in 2002, leaving the box to his nephew, John.

John began systematically going through the items in the box in October of 2005 and documented his findings on a blog. John reported the pictures inside the strange box were images of the base where the Indian Lake Project allegedly took place and pictures of young children who apparently were the victims of the mind control experiments.

It appeared the children were given numbers and pseudonyms – Roger, Sam, and Sally.

Roger had the most pictures in the box depicting him at different ages. All of the children were identified with the number 837. It is believed Roger and the other Indian Lake children were in the possession of the military for a number of years.

The 8 MM film reels were heavily damaged and John claims that he was able to get some stills from the film.

According to John, the first reel appeared to show four children eating a meal in what looks like a cage. Other clips from the film reels provide images of children listening to what John believed to be high-frequency sounds which may have been used in some form of psychological conditioning.

Throughout the 1950’s, rumors were spread about children’s programs aimed at behavioral modification, Delinquent and incorrigible youth were sent to special schools maintained by the military and government agencies.

School children were sent on overnight field trips bunking at “decommissioned” military facilities during which time they are abducted, programmed and returned.

Children apparently were programmed through various means including aversion therapy, LSD use and shock treatments.

Aversion therapy is still sometimes forced on children and teenagers who violate sex laws, and, especially on individuals believed to have deviant sexual feelings. These youths have been forced to smell ammonia, describe humiliating scenarios, or engage in other uncomfortable acts, while looking at nude pictures, listening to audio tapes describing sexual situations, or describing their own fantasies.

Corporal punishment was also used in the behavioral conditioning process. This led to trauma-based mind control and ritualistic abuse.

It is believed that what John uncovered was proof of a secret experimental project linked to Project ARTICHOKE – a program geared towards researching interrogation methods. The project sprung from the original project BLUEBIRD in 1951.

The project was renamed MK-ULTRA in 1953, after which the Indian Lake projects’ role was reduced and then eliminated.

John took a trip into the woods and snapped a few pictures of abandoned cement structures that he asserted was proof of some kind of facility used to experiment on the kids.

Afterwards, John lost interest in the blog and the investigation. He indicated the reason he was backing off was because he started receiving strange phone calls– as many as 20 a day– and his house was broken into and searched. His blog has not been updated since October of 2005.

Since 2006, three men have disappeared near Indian Lake. The most recent vanished in the fall of 2008. Some officials have taken to calling the area the “Indian Lake Triangle.”

Dozens of Adirondack hikers and hunters go missing every year. The area between Blue Mountain Lake, Indian Lake and the West Canada Lake Wilderness Area has accounted for a disproportionately high number of missing hikers. The remains of hikers who have been missing for several decades, do sometimes turn up.

Some believe the area is cursed, while others think that anyone who gets too close to the area of where the Indian Lake facility ruins are end up dead.

According to John Warren, author of “The CIA, The Patriot Act, and The Indian Lake Project,” a respected psychotherapist named Donald Ewen Cameron lived and worked in Albany, New York in the 1950’s and 60’s.

Warren writes: “Each week he drove through the Adirondacks to McGill’s Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal to conduct experiments for Project MKULTRA, the CIA’s mind control program. Documents released in 1977 revealed that Cameron conducted experiments on thousands of men, women and children – both American and Canadian.”

According to Wikipedia:

In addition to LSD, Cameron also experimented with various paralytic drugs, as well as electroconvulsive therapy at 30 to 40 times the normal power. His “driving” experiments consisted of putting subjects (human beings) into drug-induced coma for months on end (up to three in one case) while playing tape loops of noise or simple repetitive statements. His experiments were typically carried out on patients who had entered the Allan Memorial institute for minor problems such as anxiety disorders and post-partum depression, many of whom suffered permanently from his actions.

The act of playing loops of noise and music for days is known as psychic driving. In one of the pictures found in the box, a young boy is seen wearing headphones.

Could it be that Cameron had a role in the Indian Lake Project?

John Warren writes:

According to Aber and King’s History of Hamilton County, “On December 1, 1953, construction of ‘Skywatch Quarters’ at Blue Mountain Lake and Indian Lake was ordered in compliance with the orders of officers of the U.S. Air Force in charge of the air warning system.”

Was this facility a cover for MKULTRA drug experiments? Were local children exposed to drugs by Cameron and his minions? Is the Indian Lake Project a myth or do the connections to Cameron and others check out?

Cameron became known worldwide, serving as the second President of the World Psychiatric Association, as well as President of the American and Canadian Psychiatric Associations.

He was also a member of the Nuremberg Medical Tribunal, where he accused German medics of things he himself did between 1934 –1960.

These experiments on children are not too far beyond the pale. Many people are aware of the mind control experiments that were done at Camp Hero in New York. Camp Hero is the place where the infamous “Montauk Boys” were subjected to psychosexual abuse coupled with psychotronic and EM/RF mind control activities–which result in dissociative, multiple personality conditions in the targeted subjects, with the alternate personalities being heavily programmed.

Now, the spin of all this information is that it is an urban legend, however, names check out and there are boys and girls who are now adults claiming they were subjected to abusive experiments and even sexual abuse by military and government officials.

Although the CIA insists MK-ULTRA-type experiments have been abandoned, 14-year CIA veteran Victor Marchetti has stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducts disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research is continuing in clandestine facilities similar to the one that allegedly existed at Indian Lake.
